Concierge did not mention that laundry must be paid after cleaning and before delivery (different from other hotels). Diana corrected the issue and was nice enough to offer a fruit basket. Bathroom sink stopper was not working. Chair in room was slightly stained. Telephone showing room number was not correct. Slightly dated hotel room for the price.

I had an excellent experience at Pullman Central Park Jakarta, especially at the Executive Lounge. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely professional throughout my stay. One small feedback regarding the Platinum welcome amenity: it would be nice to have something that reflects local delicacies or Pullman specialties rather than the usual generic fruit platter. Also I recommend that a female staff should always check the female changing room for any guest beforehand. I've encountered minor hiccups that a male staff walked into the female changing room unannounced while I'm at the sauna area.

the water flow from the shower isn’t strong enough
