This is my first time getting a free stay because my friend is an Accor member. I also got to enjoy tea and coffee treats. Tonight, I had the chance to try the evening cocktail, red wine, and white wine. I'm feeling so good and happy today. Thank you for the excellent service, Abizar, Chef Iwan, Ryo, and Tantra; I was served so well. It's also my first time having a Christmas dinner here with my best friend. 💗

The good: platinum benefits (early check in, late check out, suite upgrade), in room dining is good. The bad: hotel hallway smells awful, lounge food was quite bad (cold bubur ayam), unfriendly staff at the lounge and lobby/reception.

My suite is big, but the property seems poorly maintained. From the glass table that is not holding together, to the ceiling that is not well painted.
