The hotel Is amazing I loved the facility the staff are amazing all the staff from the reception to the buggy drivers and the Villa view is just spectacular The spa was One of the best massage experiences.. my therapist Alicia did amazing job I loved her massage extremely recommended.

This was my fourth stay here in the past two years, and I always look forward to returning. On this visit, I would like to express my sincere praise for two exceptional staff members. The first is Pupay from the breakfast venue. She consistently works harder than anyone else, not only with a warm smile but with genuine dedication. She never idles, and her service is always sincere and professional. As people who stay at hotels around the world, we can easily recognize true hospitality. Please commend her properly—she truly deserves it. I also share various reviews for Japanese guests, and I intend to highlight her excellence there as well. The second is Bee, the female staff member at the entrance. She responded to us attentively, worked seriously, and had a good understanding of the surrounding facilities. I appreciated her recommendation of a Japanese restaurant and would like to thank her. However, I must also share a disappointing experience. My partner became ill from food poisoning, suffering from stomach pain and a fever, and needed to rest. Because our flight was at 18:30, I asked the front desk staff member, Punch, whether it might be possible to extend our checkout time. With the standard 13:00 checkout, I was worried my partner might not be well enough to board the flight, or even risk being denied boarding due to her condition. I asked several times, but the only response from her—and apparently from all staff and the manager she consulted—was that it was impossible. I was honestly disappointed. This was a moment where empathy and flexibility would have made a great difference. Fortunately, my partner recovered after resting the entire day and taking medication, but the response we initially received left us feeling quite sad. I hope the policy and attitude in such cases will be reviewed. Later, when I asked another staff member if I could speak directly with the manager, the manager responded immediately and kindly approved a late checkout. Please extend my gratitude to the manager for their understanding and support. We always have high expectations for your hotel, and that is why we hope these experiences—both positive and negative—are shared with your staff for ongoing improvement. Your team has great potential, and we sincerely wish to see continued growth in service quality.
