The Pullman has all the 6 star qualities that it promotes. The location at Naithon Beach provides for a relaxing holiday with excellent service by the staff, friendly atmosphere and good food. There are also plenty of activities nearby to enhance your holiday. Additionally it is close to ther airport. I would recommend it as the number 1 police to stay in Phuket.

This was our 5th stay with you and once again it did not disappoint All the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as special as possible The location for us is perfect not so near the hustle and bustle of patong but close enough if you fancy going there for entertainment thanks once again for a wonderful holiday

Nice view with the beach and sea. Good breakfast, variety of dishes. Good service from all staffs in hotel.

We truly appreciate both your kind compliments about our team, breakfast, and beach view, as well as your honest feedback regarding areas that did not fully meet expectations. Your insights help us recognize points we may not have noticed ourselves and remind us that we are not yet at the perfect standard we aim to deliver. Regarding the mouse sighting under the bar counter, we have already reported this to our engineering team. Upon inspection, our team identified three small openings that were not properly sealed after the recent renovation. These gaps were the main reason the mice were able to enter, and they have now been securely closed. Additionally, we requested our trusted pest control partner to conduct a deep sanitation spray, which was completed yesterday. You can be assured that our hygiene standards have now been elevated and reinforced. We sincerely appreciate your guidance and your kind words about our service.
