This was a truly special stay and experience. Every guest here is special. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and blends seamlessly with nature. The service was excellent from check-in and the warm welcome in the lobby. The hotel manager, K.Albert, greeted us and introduced the hotel and the breakfast menu. In the lobby, K.pear, K.Bow, K.May, and K.Priew were incredibly helpful and accommodating during the check-in process. They were incredibly friendly, informative, and kind. K.Fahud, K.Fas, and K.Beam provided convenient and efficient transportation from our room to the restaurants and other areas of the hotel. Wherever you go in the hotel, the staff greet you with a warm and friendly welcome. The rooms were clean, tidy, and perfectly integrated with nature, with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. Dinner at Vero Restaurant was superb. K.Pam, K.Mew, K.Eve, K.Too and K.Fern provided excellent service, recommending food and drinks. The food was delicious and excellent. All the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The complimentary Tiramisu cake was the perfect dessert to end our warm and memorable dinner. The food was amazing! Thank you to the chef team at Vero Restaurant for creating such wonderful and delicious food. K.Wa, the gym, provided excellent service at the fitness center. He was very helpful and demonstrated the modern and complete equipment to us. The area was very clean and user-friendly. For breakfast at the Echo restaurant before checking out, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel management team. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, both Thai and Western, as well as a variety of pastries. It was truly the best and most delicious breakfast we have ever had. The chef and all the staff provided excellent care with warm, friendly, and professional service. We were very impressed and would definitely choose this hotel first if we have the opportunity to return again.

I have far more than 1.000 hotel nights due to a lot of business travels. I stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels in the previous years. Your hotel is BY FAR the best I have ever experienced. Besides the great location, you have perfect staff (competent, very friendly) and has the best hotel restaurants, and best breakfast quality of all. Congratulations to the chef and staff. It was perfect for our vacation, very relaxing. Only negative point: After staying with you, I am spoiled and I have to deal now with lesser quality of food and professionalism ;-)
