it's the 3rd time that i come to this hotel, confortable, nice place but not the service as faced previously.
No special attention, for 5 years of weeding after 3 request (one has been done later but very small). Service below the expectations, bit disappointed.

We needed a place to stay of quality that was not too far from the airport as our flight got in after 11pm. One of the stewards from the hotel us at the airport and hotel car service brought us to the hotel. We opted for middle range room but it was great for 3 adults for one night as we went to a pool villa further south next morning. But we were sad to leave after just one night cause service was great, facilities and the room top notch and breakfast buffet was one of the best. Another good thing about Pullmam Arcadia is right by the beach and there’s a little strip with stores tha you can easily access.

We want to specifically commend your Kids Club team—PLY, Linda, and a young gentleman whose name we missed—for their fantastic service.

The hotel enjoys a great location, and the beach here offers excellent privacy, making it a wonderful experience. The breakfast and overall hotel service are also pretty good. However, for a five-star property, I was disappointed by the poor room cleanliness; such issues really shouldn’t happen.Besides, I hope the hotel can add screen casting function to the TVs. Many business hotels already have this feature. Since this is a resort hotel, guests spend most of their day on the property. It would be much more convenient if we could cast content to the TV, so we can watch shows while having food in the room.

At the same time, I’m particularly concerned by the cleanliness points you highlighted. The debris under the bed, dust around the electrical sockets, rubbish in the breakfast area and the issues with the sink drains should not have been missed. Regardless of whether each point may seem small on its own, together they clearly reflect a lack of attention to detail, and that is not acceptable for the standard we expect to deliver.

What a dream! From the very first moment, we felt welcome and at home. The hotel is simply amazing, with a beautiful atmosphere, outstanding service and so many little details that make the difference.
But what really made our stay special was how much everyone enjoyed it. My two children and my girl friend absolutely loved the hotel, and seeing them so happy made the experience even more memorable.
