Our stay at Pullman Phuket was unforgettable, our room was spacious, beautifully designed and comfortable. The staff’s warm hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast was nothing short of world class and our evening dining experience was exceptional.

The staff at the Pullam were most accommodating to our every request from booking excursions to room upgrades. The room was exceptionally well-organized and clean with outstanding views of the Andaman Sea. Housekeeping was generous and came back a few times to clean when we inadvertently hit the Do Not Disturb switch. The buggy service was spot-on! We never waited more than five minutes for a ride. The only thing I would like hanged changed is the available pool times. The views from the pools are stunning, but if you have any type of outing, it is near impossible to get back in time to use them. They closed before sunset.

Me and my boyfriend stayed one night at the wonderful Pullman Arcadia Naithon Phuket, and everything about our experience was amazing from start to finish. At check-in, we were welcomed with a delicious welcome drink, and then escorted to our room with their cute little resort cars, which immediately made us feel relaxed and on holiday. The room was incredibly cozy and equipped with every comfort you could need. The Smart TV allowed us to connect our personal accounts easily, which was a nice touch. There was also a bathtub perfect for relaxing, and even a dehumidifier, which is extremely useful during the low season in Phuket. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery and is exceptionally well maintained. There are two stunning swimming pools, both with breathtaking sea views. The gym is also very well equipped with high-quality Technogym machines. Every area of the resort is carefully designed and detailed. The SPA was another highlight of our stay. The treatment rooms overlook the ocean, creating a truly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The therapists were both professional and very friendly. And now, the best part: the breakfast! Without a doubt, the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The selection is huge, and you can find absolutely anything you may want. The quality of the food is exceptional. You can choose to sit outside while enjoying the ocean view or inside in the air-conditioned dining area. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway while being pampered by an outstanding staff.
