I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which unfortunately fell far below expectations. My wife and I chose Mercure hoping for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience, but we were quite disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Parking Lot: The parking area was disorganized, overcrowded, and difficult to navigate. It was far from what I would expect from a hotel of this brand, making the arrival experience frustrating from the start. Room Condition: The room we were given was outdated and lacked proper maintenance. It felt much older than we anticipated, with worn-out furnishings and an overall lack of attention to detail. The level of upkeep in the room was very poor, which did not match the standard of other hotels I have stayed at, including Ibis, which in my opinion offers better overall quality. Noise: Throughout the night, we experienced significant noise, making it hard to rest. The insulation seemed inadequate, and the disturbances affected our comfort and sleep quality. On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent. The variety and quality of food were a bright spot during our stay, but unfortunately, this did not make up for the other issues. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I expected from a Mercure hotel. I hope that my feedback is taken seriously and that improvements can be made to enhance the guest experience in the future.
