The hotel is clean, comfortable and polite staff, the only slight downside is the walls are thin and noises of people walking the corridor or talking in other rooms can be heard.

I had a fantastic stay at ibis Bangkok Sukhumvit 4. From the moment I arrived, the team delivered an incredibly warm and genuine welcome that really stood out. As an ALL Diamond member, I truly felt recognised and valued — the level of service honestly felt more like a luxury Accor property than an economy brand. The room was very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning (which is so important in Bangkok), and the shower pressure and setup were great. Everything worked perfectly throughout my stay. Breakfast was also a highlight — a really solid offering with good variety and quality, making it a great way to start the day.
