We visited for our 10 year anniversary and my wife’s birthday. We spent extra to stay in a Trocadero Suite and loved the room/view. We had a pretty good leak coming from a light fixture from above us, and a closet, due to construction above us. The staff responded immediately and between Tia and Damian, they were excellent and provided compensation on their own accord, without me asking. I felt they were very apologetic. Highly recommend this hotel!!

I elected to get breakfast at the time of booking, then when I got to the hotel, I asked them to switch the breakfast to be served in the room, I know there will be extra charge but was surprised when they told that it will be a completely new charge. I was expecting to just pay the difference between the restaurant breakfast and in room breakfast.
