We had a wonderful stay here for our 30th Wedding anniversary. We upgraded to a room with a balcony and the views of the Eiffel Tower were absolutely spectacular! The hotel is a bit boring looking, but the rooms are freshly renovated ….. and that view! We were also gifted chocolates and champagne to celebrate! Thank you!

The hotel breakfast was good , staff were friendly. Our room 204 had an issue where the shower water does not drain and stands in place due to improper tile work .

Wonderful people but room needs refurbishing

On our arrival there were large queues at the checking but not enough people to deal with the customers and no visible supervisor. it took us 15 m to get to the receptionist who then told us that there was a special reception for us, we are Platinum. People from the receptionist to the house keeping people were very professional and very friendly. The breakfast was great apart from the coffee that was tasteless which was a surprise in a hotel like this. The room, a suite was a good size and we could see the Eiffel Tower, although the balcony above was blocking the top of it, but it was a nice touch. It was my daughter’s birthday and we were welcomed by a beautiful cake and a bottle of champagne, a very special treat. However, the room was clearly in need of refurbishment with many scratches on the wall paper and stains on the carpet. The bathroom, although big wasn’t easy to use, not a single hook to hang the towels, but more problematic, the shower was in the bath . The bathtub was very large and very high making it difficult and dangerous to get in. The door was damaged as if there has been a leak . Considering the price of the rooms it was a disappointment. Ideally situated.

Check in at 4 pm and check out at 11… it means that you receive 3/4 of a full payed day… way too late at 4 pm
