No room uograde, no working internet, room was not clean, no towel for the child.

Nice experience in this Novotel. Most personell was very friendly. The halfway on my (7th) floor could be cleaner. There were placed some plates with rests of foods for 2 day at the elevator. I couldn't understand why there isn't somebody who was cleaning this.
