Had an awful night sleep the second night, complained to reception in the morning about somebody bouncing a ball at 2:15 in the morning against the wall but reception didn’t really seem interested

Wardrobe door hinges broke USB charge point not working neither was a bedside light. Cooked breakfast ingredients were cold no shower non slip safety mat in room a safety issue had to ask reception for one!
