Overall, the hotel was in a great location and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast bar was excellent and the choices really mattered when considering dietary restrictions. One thing I have to complain about, the cards for elevators not working 95% of the time. That would be my only complaint with the hotel.

Overall it was a decent experience, the room was comfy and clean. One were the cards that sometimes stopped working, and the floorboards were a bit creaky. The passageway leading to my room was too narrow and I'd sometimes encounter the cleaning cart blocking the way.

We were very happy to be given an early check-in at midday. We had a couple of problems in our room which were promptly dealt with. Staff were lovely. A couple of improvements would be to fix the toilet seat which creaked very loudly when sat on! Coat hangers did not allow hanging of pants. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.
