We didn't arrive until 23.30 and when we tried to check in, the self check-in machine crashed! After 2 calls to customer service, it started to work again and we managed to check in after 30 minutes. The emergency number didn't work, no one answered. This needs to be looked into as won't trust self-check in again at IBIS.

Réception longue, Monsieur pas sympa attente nombreux clients devant moi. J ai voulu réceptionné ma chambre avec l automate, bloqué à l impression n a pas fonctionné. Chambre petite et pas en état. Une chambre ou plutôt un couloir pas possible de mettre une valise au sol sans bloquer le passage. Mal situé en face escalier entendu les portes du couloir taper toute la nuit. Mal insonorisé bruit des voisins, pleur bébé. Literie couette mal mise. Manquait une serviette de bain. Pas de télé pas de signal hdmi et tv connecté une appli a permis de regarder seulement TF1. Problème pour régler douche, chasse d eau qui fuit joint décoller salle de bain. Ca fait vieux et pas entretenu. Nuit deplorable pourtant pour mon travail je fréquente de nombreux hôtel. Nuit non reposante. J en avais pas pris petit déjeuner vu le prix heureusement la salle petit déjeuner quand je suis parti était fermé pourtant écrit noté ouverture 6h30. Heureusement un marié blachere à côté a permis de bien déjeuner pour 3 fois moins cher. A la limite de demander le remboursement.
