The floor was not cleaned, no hot water, the drain in the shower was blocked so that the water could not run off and there was black mould in the bathroom.

AlainHDO Couples - TripAdvisor review

Zimmer sehr klein auch nicht besonders sauber war aber ok für eine Nacht. War notlösung aber für 65 € kann man nicht mehr erwarten. Reception nur ab und zu besetzt muss man mit Trminal einchecken. Wände dünn recht lärmig auch weil die Türen alle quitschen.

Fidèles clients du Groupe ACCOR, nous connaissons les Ibis Budget car en 2023, nous avons passé un très bon moment à l'Ibis Budget de Marguerites dans le Gard, alors cette année, en visite en Dordogne nous avons renouvelé (Hélas...) l'expérience avec un nouvel Ibis Budget... L'hôtel de Périgueux est bien situé, près d’une zone commerciale, il possède également un grand parking, la personne de l'accueil (La dame brune) et qui s'occupe du service Petit Déjeuner (en plus !) est très sympathique. Mais alors quel manque cruel de propreté dans les chambres.... De tous les hôtels ACCOR, il est de loin le moins propre. La chambre pour 3 personnes est exiguë, c’est simple vous ne pouvez pas poser vos affaires, ni dans la salle de bain, de plus pourquoi avoir monté un lit escamotable dans une armoire alors que celle-ci aurait pu servir de rangement !??? A notre arrivée, les 3 serviettes étaient sales, nous avons dû en redemander de nouvelles à la personne de l'accueil, qui pour cela a été très réactive. Encore Merci. Le soir en nous couchant, même désagrément… cette fois-ci c'était le drap du lit de 2 personnes qui n'était pas propre, nous avons dû l'enlever et dormir sur la couette ! De plus, ce drap que nous avons déposé avec nos serviettes usagées le lendemain matin n'a même pas été changé... Le soir lorsque nous sommes revenus à notre chambre, le lit était bien refait mais un nouveau drap n'avait même pas été remis dans le lit. Et encore une fois, on nous avait remis des serviettes pas très propres ... Quel service de chambre déplorable !!!! Nous avons dû redormir sur la couette ! La salle de bain est aussi exiguë, la douche est moisie, il y a des traces douteuses sur la porte et sur le mur... Pour le dernier jour, nous avons préféré quitter cet hôtel et aller à Trélissac, un peu plus loin à l'hôtel Ibis Style. C'est bien dommage car cet hôtel de Périgueux est très bien situé, le petit déjeuner est bon et varié, l'accueil est favorable mais une fois dans les chambres, vous avez le droit à un punchline !!!! Désolés, la qualité des chambres n’y est pas du tout et nous avons vécus une très, très mauvaise expérience et nous ne reviendrons plus à l'Ibis Budget de Périgueux !
