Regarding EV charging, an information leaflet with a QR code is available at reception, and our team is of course available to assist guests with the charging process. We nevertheless take your comment on board: this information should be easy to find and clearly visible. We are, however, sincerely sorry for your experience upon arrival. A prolonged wait at reception, followed by difficulty getting the attention of our team at the bar, does not reflect the welcome we strive to provide to our guests. I liked: - friendly and attentive staff, from reception to the restaurant. Clean room and surroundings (pool area, park). Hotel was probably fully booked, so parking was tight. Room are small, but I appreciated the 'superior room' amenities, e.g. Hans Grohe shower (with rather slippery floor), minibar with water, Nespresso machine, and very comfortable bed!!! The service and quality of the food at dinner was very good, also breakfast was very good and good selection of fruits etc. Aircondition was new and worked very well. I did not like: room size is small, slippery floor in the shower (dangerous), only 1 elevator for 60 rooms is insufficient (I used stairs, they were wide and clean), parking was tight and 99% full when we arrived around 19h.

Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The guy on reception was also acting as barman and barista etc. However, the rooms are small and the toilet tiny! Despite the added little "extras" like a nespresso machine in the bedroom and lovely towels, they do not make up for the size of the room. The wifi was very slow and hard to connect to.

Good value, excellent food, wonderful surroundings and close to the autoroute. Occasionally there a language hiccups, but that has to be expected in multi-lingual situations, and are resolved amicably.

The hotelnis very clean and comfortable. It is easy to access. Car is needed to go to the center of Btive. We had small issues with water pressure. At one point, no water at all in our room. Breakfast was very nice. Staff very politesse and helpful.

Concernant l’absence d’internet, il s’agissait malheureusement d’une coupure générale et imprévisible liée aux intempéries ayant touché toute la région à cette période. Nous regrettons sincèrement la gêne occasionnée, même si cet événement était indépendant de notre volonté. Pour le dîner, notre restaurant est effectivement fermé, hors saison, le vendredi soir ainsi que le samedi et le dimanche, comme indiqué sur notre site internet, sur les plateformes de réservation et dans nos informations pratiques. Nous comprenons toutefois votre déception si vous n’aviez pas eu connaissance de cette information avant votre arrivée. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, I felt valued. Room was dated with very 70s feel but the bathroom was very modern. The whole room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the bed linen and towels were good quality. Restaurant, again friendly staff to welcome me to the table, very limited menu but what I ordered arrived in good time, was hot and was tasty. Plenty of parking, although several spaces exclusively for Tesla Superchargers, safe and well lit carpark. There is nothing within walking distance so perhaps better as a stopover hotel and the rooms could do with a refresh but these are small points of feedback
