It was bit disappointing to say the least. It started with the TV, there was no way to watch anything else other than the French channels. Even the smallest of hotels I have stayed had a smart TV. Next one is the breakfast, it was one of the most limited breakfast I have had, there was no variety at all. It was surely not worth 17.9€. On the positive side, the staff were nice, the room was sound proof.

You have indicated that you were disappointed on 2 points. Concerning the television, please note that we have 2 foreign channels. If you are planning to stay with us in the future, don't hesitate to ask us at reception for the channel numbers. The other point concerns breakfast: you mention a lack of choice. We're quite surprised by your comment, as we don't usually have complaints on this subject. In fact, our breakfast is quite extensive, with : cheese platter yoghurts pastries, tarts, cakes hot items (scrambled eggs with vegetables, bacon) seasonal fruit squeezed orange juice machine Cereals (jars with topping) We'll take your comments on board and try to improve, but please don't hesitate to send us your suggestions - we'd love to hear from you. Reception staff were friendly and helpful on every occasion we spoke to them. For example we had forgotten to bring a UK/EU adaptor with us and a member of staff found and lent us on.

Good Location & Set Up but No WIFI

Location was great! Near to everything and not far from T. gare. T. family room with T. 2 rooms and T. connecting doors was great for our little family. Generally everything was okay - room was fine and breakfast was good. But major issue our rooms could not capture T. WIFI and when we told T. reception in T. evening no follow-up was done. Additionally, T. cleaning staff did not do that great we found a pair of undergarments in T. closet that was not cleared away.

Many disappointing aspects to my stay

I stayed here for 2 days on a work trip and me and my colleagues all had a poor stay. First the WiFi was very difficult to connect to, it’s on open network where you need a pop up to accept terms and condition's. However, the connection page often did not appear making it impossible to connect, a problem we found across multiple phones and laptops. When connected we found the WiFi to be slow and the rooms to have poor signal (around 2 bars). My shower did not work, leaving me with only baths, causing me to be late for a meeting on my first day there. The staff also did not have any irons for me to use, I had to improvise using a hairdryer as an iron. The aircon in my room was not great as it would constantly be too cold when turned on. Mattress was also too hard so I did not sleep well when staying. Additionally, limited hot vegetarian options at breakfast and I don’t know what vegans are meant to do. When complaining on checkout the staff member did not seem to care and just shrugged her shoulders. Additionally, I found the art choices of ‘abandoned piano’ and ‘New York city skyline’ odd for a hotel in angers. Positives were the good location, room was a good size and fresh orange juice at breakfast.
