Dear Mr SHARAN, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. As customer satisfaction is our top priority, we wanted to respond to you individually to review your stay with us. You have indicated that you were disappointed on 2 points. Concerning the television, please note that we have 2 foreign channels. If you are planning to stay with us in the future, don't hesitate to ask us at reception for the channel numbers. The other point concerns breakfast: you mention a lack of choice. We're quite surprised by your comment, as we don't usually have complaints on this subject. In fact, our breakfast is quite extensive, with : cheese platter yoghurts pastries, tarts, cakes hot items (scrambled eggs with vegetables, bacon) seasonal fruit squeezed orange juice machine Cereals (jars with topping) We'll take your comments on board and try to improve, but please don't hesitate to send us your suggestions - we'd love to hear from you.
