Cher Monsieur N., Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour. Nous regrettons sincèrement que votre séjour vous ait laissé une impression mitigée. Nous sommes désolés pour l’odeur désagréable ressentie au 2ᵉ étage. Notre équipe technique et notre service d’entretien ont été immédiatement informés afin d’identifier l’origine du problème et d’y remédier durablement. Vous indiquez avoir perçu un manque de chaleur lors de l’accueil et du départ. Nous attachons une grande importance à la reconnaissance de nos membres et allons rappeler à l’équipe l’importance de soigner chaque interaction, du premier au dernier contact. Permettez moi de préciser que c’est moi qui ai eu le plaisir d’effectuer votre check-in. L’échange s’est déroulé de manière agréable, et nous avions pu discuter tranquillement. Je suis donc sincèrement navrée que la suite du séjour n’ait pas reflété le même niveau d’attention. Votre avis nous aide à progresser et nous vous remercions de nous l’avoir partagé. Nous comprenons votre déception, même si votre ressenti ne correspond pas aux retours habituels de nos clients. Notre hôtel, bien que de style vintage, correspond exactement aux photos et descriptions disponibles sur notre site officiel et sur le site Accor, afin que chacun puisse se faire une idée fidèle avant la réservation. Nous veillons par ailleurs chaque jour à maintenir la propreté des chambres et la qualité de l’accueil, qui sont habituellement très appréciées. The hotel is located a good 15 minutes walk from the station (or 5 minutes by streecar). It is close to the city centre with numerous dining and shopping options around. The building is from the 1970s, the rooms are quite small especially the bathrooms. The soundproofing is bad: I could easily understand the host from the TV show running in the room nextdoors... The interior is a bit dated, especially the bedding was old and really needs to be replaced. The breakfast was OK, but there was not enough staff to clean up the tables quickly.

Nice hotel by the bed kept moving off the wall if you sat up in bed. We did tell the staff when we left and they were going to sort it

Great hotel really well located. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was really good. Rooms are starting to show there age slightly but doesn't detract from the great experience.
