Location perfect, parking perfect, eating not so good, scrambled egg was considering it was the only hot dish, was quite honestly in edible, the floor of restaurant was filthy.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, however I would highly not recommend parking in the underground, I ruined one of my alloys, and also scratched my wing mirror, this car back is only suitable if you have a small car…

We were aware via email that refurbishment would be taking place in the hotel. However, the disruption was so intense that we requested a transfer to another hotel in the Accor group. The transfer of our booking was facilitated quickly and seamlessly, for which we were very grateful. The scale of refurbishment in the hotel should have necessitated total closure for a short period to allow the contractors full 24 hour access to complete the refurbishment in the shortest time possible.

Nice hotel with parking on the edge of city centre. Walking into the middle of the centre is just 10 minutes and there is a tram stop outside the front door. Rooms are clean with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Breakfast is good if expensive but there is no evening dinning room although a 5 minutes walk takes you to plenty of good restaurants. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. In short a good base to explore a wonderful city.

Over night stay in Angers. We booked the Mecure as it was dog friendly and located on route for us. Secure underground car park as well. We arrived early evening, east to find. Underground car park is great, although entrance height would have been prevented a roof box! Receptionist was very helpful booked us a local restaurant that was dog friendly. Room was great, overlooking the park. Good size, clean and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was great, shower was brilliant. Good buffet style breakfast, plenty of choice, including a good selection of gluten free food. All in all an excellent hotel, location, value for money and cleanliness. All the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Thank you.
