Our family of 5 (plus dog) had a lovely stay in Novotel Angers Lac de Maine. The hotel was spotless, modern with comfortable beds. Nathan, in particular, was superb and looked after us extremely well and made sure we had everything we needed. We were greeted by Nathan, who was super friendly and helpful. He gave our 1 year old a teddy bear and small gift pack which was great. In the morning, there was a high chair with bib, plate, bowl, cup and cutlery already layed out waiting for us which was such a thoughtful and amazing experience and made us feel welcome with our toddler. Would highly recommend if travelling with kids to stop here as the staff went above and beyond.

From the moment we arrived we could see and 'feel' how relaxing it would be. The receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. The gentle music and ambience in the reception, lounge and dining area was perfect. Rooms very comfy with a great variety of lights too help set the mood. TV stations, as always some seemed unobtainable and of course it had to be the sport channel 🙃. Breakfast was great, so much to choose from, helpful staff, and great ambience.
