Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Our hotel is an ibis budget, a concept designed to provide essential services at an accessible price. The spaces are therefore deliberately optimised, and we do not have a bar, lounge or lift. Our rooms are also compact and designed to remain functional for short stays. Regarding the view, our hotel is located within a motorway service area, so the surrounding parking areas are an inherent part of our location. This location also offers the advantage of easy access to the motorway and to nearby facilities. You mentioned the service-station shop as being particularly expensive. We would like to clarify that this shop is operated independently from the hotel, and its prices are therefore not set or controlled by our establishment. It is, in fact, one of the facilities available on the service area that you used during your stay. We are sorry that the air conditioning noise affected your comfort and will take your comment into consideration. Thank you again for your feedback. Comme cela vous a été expliqué lors de votre arrivée, notre établissement dispose uniquement de chambres prévues pour un maximum de 3 personnes. Pour des raisons de capacité et de sécurité, nous ne sommes pas autorisés à accueillir 4 personnes dans une même chambre, même lorsqu’il s’agit d’un enfant de 4 ans. La réservation d’une chambre supplémentaire était donc nécessaire afin de respecter la capacité maximale autorisée.
