Our hotel is primarily designed for guests travelling by car, thanks to its proximity to the motorway and the Angers Exhibition Centre, which may make it less convenient for those wishing to stay close to the city centre. Bonjour, Nous comprenons que cette situation ait pu vous surprendre. Comme cela vous a été expliqué lors de votre arrivée, notre établissement dispose uniquement de chambres prévues pour un maximum de 3 personnes. Pour des raisons de capacité et de sécurité, nous ne sommes pas autorisés à accueillir 4 personnes dans une même chambre, même lorsqu’il s’agit d’un enfant de 4 ans. La réservation d’une chambre supplémentaire était donc nécessaire afin de respecter la capacité maximale autorisée. Nous restons bien entendu à votre disposition pour vous conseiller, lors d’un prochain séjour, sur la configuration la plus adaptée à votre famille.
