Vaios Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Great experience as Platinum member for 4 days! I had two rooms. well located on the 4th floor, with welcome candies and water in place. No room upgrade provided to the 5th floor since the hotel was fully booked. Great service, great experience despite the unexpected problem I faced in my room (a water pump broke in the shower of my room during the day, and when I return in the afternoon the full room was steamy and hot water was running on the shower). Special thanks to all personnel, and especially to Lola, for their fast reaction and immediate change of room (unfortunately not to an equally superior one due to unavailability). Overall I am a loyal visitor of this hotel and I am always happy. I will visit again soon!
