Good location, but just outside of noisy areas. Rooms were quirky but nice, had everything that we needed. Bed was comfortable. TV was only spanish channels, with a couple of foreign news channels. As english person, there was no black tea in room, or milk, so we had to buy some.

A good hotel in a good location - nothing special about it so i would only judge the value of money : which seems fair for what they offer

Please rest assured that we take action in many ways to limit our water and electricity consumption as well as our waste generation. Most of these, which are linked to kitchen and cleaning management, are not visible from customer perspective. But as part of the Accor company, we diligently follow the guidelines of our company's Planet 21 program. On another note, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again very soon. Great location- easy to walk everywhere. Easy to drive to and very easy to park at car park next to hotel. Good sized spaces. Arrived late evening, check in staff very pleasant and helpful. Stopped in suite which was a great space and very clean. Would stop again

Decided to pay a short visit to Malaga before heading to Madrid. Booked to stay in Novotel Suite for 2 nights, generally the stay was quite pleasant, convenient location, good breakfast. The hotel isn’t new, but the room has been well maintained. Reception was friendly and helped me schedule a late checkout at 2pm using my membership. On the day of checkout, I confirmed again with the reception regarding my late checkout. Around 1:30pm, I heard some big noises outside my room, I didn’t pay much attention, because my late checkout had been well registered upon my checkin! Around 1:45pm, I opened the door to take the Do-Not-Disturb sign in, I saw the housekeeping girl was waiting outside my door. I said ‘Hello’ to her, no verbal response from her, instead, she showed me an ‘impatient’ unhappy face. That made me really uncomfortable, to be honest. I’ve done late checkout before (some hotel even made it 6pm for me, this time it’s only for 2pm) and this is the only time, the housekeeping made some big noise half an hour before my checkout (to make me feel bad or guilty for making her work late??) , and deliberately showed me an unhappy face. The stay itself was truly worth a 5/5 rate, but I have to take into account of the unpleasant moment before my late checkout, that’s the reason for giving 4/5. I mean, my late checkout was scheduled two days before my checkout, and the latest time is 2pm… there’s really no need to make me feel bad in a way your housekeeping staff did, if she really finished all her work, just relax and come back at 2pm… even if she never experienced any guests that did late check, that’s still not the way she should do as someone work in hospitality!
