Beautiful hotel ..but 4 star ..?

We stayed for 4 nights with our family in 2 rooms. The rooms were beautiful and the location very good. Short distance to center and great staff. However the temperature in the rooms was much to hot and the aircondition (cooling) did not work. Could only heat the room, not cool it down. Therefore we had to have the windows open resulting in noise from the street and welcoming the mosquito in, both affecting our sleep during the night.

Due to winter season, the central heating system was on for the whole building. Unfortunately, we did not expect the temperature to be so high on this period of the year. We are always treated like family when we stay here. So nice seeing familiar faces. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help. And they are very accepting of our dog...thank you! We had an issue with the Wifi connection in our room and they moved us to a different room. Great WiFi and a super view.
