I checked in aug 1 late night .my booking clearly showed 2 rooms with 2 adults and 1 kid each room. At the check in almost 1 am aug 2 I was forced to buy another room reason was given system not allowing. It wasn't my fault but had to pay which shouldn't be charged.

The room was tiny, the sink was on plain sight in the middle of the room, no handle for the bathroom, no hair drier, no safe, no napkins, no shower towels long enough....the elevator was extremely slow and was mal functioning, the doors wouldn't shut or sometimes they shut very slowly....etc...

All the staffs are very nice. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and welcoming. She saw my sister in the wheelchair and recommended that she could change one of the room to a double bed which has more space. I was very grateful for this recommendation because even the shower was more spacious compare to the second room which had a double and a bunk bed. The staffs on the day I was checking out were very good as well, as I wanted to check out at 1p.m instead of noon since my taxi was arriving at 1p.m. and would be very useful for my disabled sister. They were able to accommodate this request free of charge.
