The hotel is well located for accessing the city centre, but the area is not very nice and it was really noisy at night.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city centre and with easy access to public transport. However, the rooms look somewhat tired and would benefit from some updating and refurbishment. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made for an overall pleasant stay.

I checked in aug 1 late night .my booking clearly showed 2 rooms with 2 adults and 1 kid each room. At the check in almost 1 am aug 2 I was forced to buy another room reason was given system not allowing. It wasn't my fault but had to pay which shouldn't be charged.
