The only good thing about the hotel is the location, the rest is just enough to spend one night. If they at least had a fridge in the room they would improve the service. And having to ask for toilet paper at the reception seemed more like a hostel to me since the cleaners don't deign to put out another toilet paper even though they see that the rest are about to run out, so I didn't find the stay very pleasant.
