The positives are the location and the room size. Many negatives such as slow service, over heated room with no temperature control, thin windows letting in a lot of noise. Our bathroom door didn't close properly, the shower did not remain fixed on the pole so we temporarily fixed it, housekeeping was unreliable. Key cards stopped working all the time so time wasted getting them reset. Reception staff not worth talking to about the problems.

Nice stay, good location, very good to have underground parking. Not soundproof, bed was not the usual good quality of Ibis around the world. Cleaning team was very good! Reception was good, but could improve.

Hotel is well located, has decent facilities and even space that allows you to work from desks at reception or where normally breakfast is served. However, there is no attention or differentiation for customers that are members or non-members, if you need to leave your luggage because you arrived earlier than the check-in time or you want to leave your bags after vheck-out, you need to pay to use lockers inside the facilities. This is nonsense and a complete lack of client service or loyalty awareness. Besides the above, there were 2 other things that I want to point out: - the first one is the lack of help, support or friendliness from the majority of staff. I checked in online, went to the desk for picking up my access cards and the only thing I was asked/told was that they needed my passport. After providing it and receiving the access cards there was no info about the floor or the room, no number of the room, no info about breakfast times, no info whatsoever. - second was in regards to the managers of the hotel (or at least that lady seemed like the manager): occupying guests seats to take care of admin work for the hotel, including providing training in the reception in front of everyone (new system of some sort). Unplugging my laptop charger from the plug while I went to the bathroom and after being told by my partner sitting next to me that the plug was being used, she says "I was here before" - when she left her charger on the table without nothing plugged nor a device charging, just simply the charger hanging around on the table. This does seem like a very decent way of treating your guests. I felt in some cases unwelcomed. The friendliest people were the cleaning ladys, always saying good morning, smiling, which clearly don't follow the example of reception workers nor the manager.

The walls are thin and people in other rooms made a lot of noise late into the night every night for the 3 nights of our stay. While that wasn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, the wooden floor in the room made loud creaking noises. Had terrible sleep there. The bathroom was not cleaned well and had visible mold and a strong smell of bleach. We love Ibis hotels and stay at them every year in Europe but this hotel was probably the worst I’ve stayed at.
