Excellent hotel close to the centre, but in our room at the back (249) the traffic noise was horrendous. Would ask for a room on the front next time.

Not customer friendly, bad communication, ignorance, no respect, no consideration of customer needs. I will avoid this brunch at all costs for the rest of my life and I will discourage my friends and family from Ibis hotels.
