I have stayed at many different type Accor group hotels over the years throughout the world and have always been pretty satisfied. However, I was unaware that this particular hotel does not participate in the granting of ‘points’, a shame as I had booked two rooms for a 3 night stay… Staff at reception were professional, courteous and helpful. However, I felt that the breakfast room should have been better staffed as tables remained uncleared and cleaned. Would also have appreciated a better fresh fruit selection with perhaps a fruit of the season mix rather than rock hard inedible kiwis… We were also extremely uncomfortable during our first night stay as we had been given rooms at the front of the building which had turned extremely hot from the sunny exposure. The aircon was not being turned on until later this month…Fortunately, we were subsequently able to switch to cooler rooms…

Great little room, not all the bells and whistles you see in some hotels, but everything we needed for two was there. Might not have wanted to stay in such a small space long term but it suited our needs, especially the proximity to the subway, bus and airport.
