The apartment was very good.Shortly after we arrived a loud vibrating noise through the concrete from adjoining room. Maintenance came to investigate and couldn’t see the problem at first as it seemed to be coming from the adjoining room. We asked if the problem wasn’t solved could we move apparently there were no more 2 bedroom available. Luckily when their dishwasher stopped so did the noise. We were opposite the squash court door and a night light came through the top of the curtains which lit up the bedroom for the entire night. It wasn’t worth complaining as they said no more were available. We have stayed in Busselton for years definitely wouldn’t return here and we love the Hyatt group.

Location is close to most things and we come to Sebel in Busselton regularly. If only they don't keep asking us to attend the seminar! We thought if we went the last time, it will stop them harassing us but 2.5 hours later, we were still in the seminar on our short break losing most of the morning. It was trying to get us to up our membership level. We are already members and happy with where we are membership wise, but Accor will not take "no thanks" as an answer. I guarantee we will get the same phone calls and text messages next time we visit as an Accor Vacation Club member to a member property again.

The 3 bedroom apartment was well appointed and nicely decorated. Nice location on the beach and well maintained facilities. The staff were very friendly and gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates for my wife’s birthday. The pizzas from the pizza cafe were also really good. Only complaints were that there was only 1 parking bay for a 3 bedroom apartment and the noise from the kids running up and down the stairs next door was quite loud at times.

Our room was in a good location as requested. The mattress could be a little more comfortable. It would have been great to have a small fridge with a better freezer. We were in a Studio Apartment.
