Dear Jeffrey, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location and the resort's offerings. However, I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the hot water during your stay. Unfortunately with the hot water units being instantaneous it does take longer for the hot water to come through to the shower and also the shower heads are water saving so it does feel like you are waiting a long time for hot water to come through. I had my maintenance team check all water outlets this morning and they confirmed back to me that there is hot water within the apartment that you occupied. I also checked our Communications Log and it was noted that you communicated this issue with us during your stay and it was noted that someone from our team did attend. I sincerely apologise though if this was not communicated back to you as you then wouldn't have known that we had attended to your feedback. I do apologise if this has impacted your overall experience, and I truly appreciate your feedback regarding this. We do hope that you choose to stay with us again in the future.
