The pre stay phone calls and emails were very good and checkin was easy. Lovely staff to assist quickly and very helpful. Renovated rooms very nice and fresh. Had everything we could want. However there were soiled sheets left on our stairs platform from the next door guests. The pile of sheets grew daily and they were not removed by the staff. They could easily be seen from the pathways. The smell was quite unpleasant after three days. The shower water temperature was very inconsistent and it took a significant amount of time for it to warm up which wasted a lot of water. Parking is also an issue, we had a three bedroom apartment and only one carpark. While we were advised of this prior to staying, it is an issue that Accor needs to look at. Overall good stay

Lovely quiet resort a moment away from a gorgeous beach at Geographe Bay. Our apartment was very clean, recently refurbished and suited our family of four very well. We did have an issue with one of the air conditioners but the staff had a team member out to address the issue within a couple of minutes. Would stay again but for longer :-)
