We used to enjoy staying at the Bunbury Lighthouse Motel, visiting Bunbury for business every three months. But standards have dropped significantly. While there has been a revamp, the property is still tired. Further, it's dirty and poorly maintained. The tiling to the pathways is falling apart, the hallway walls are dirty and fixtures are broken. Of particular disappointment was the restuarant. We opted and paid for breakfast included. There was no advice on the website that it was continental only. The coffee is sub-standard. We all commented to each other that the hotel has so much potential, but it's not being realised. We are seriously considering looking elsewhere next time.

Our room didn't have fresh towels, toilet paper and had a musky mold smell about it. Wasn't able to change as was fully booked. Housekeeping gave us spray to use for the weekend. Paid for Buffet Breakfast for both mornings of our stay, was only given continental due to no staff. We won't be coming back as felt the money paid for the room and buffet breakfast was to expensive for what we got. To not even get offered a refund for Breakfast, or a incentive to return was disappointing.

Could not find my confirmed booking, wifi did not work properly, calls to front desk went unanswered. Could hear TVs from other rooms. Only positive was the location.

Walls were not soundproof so was kept awake by neighbours. Told waitress there was sand in my meal and no compensation.
