Room (41) was a bit dated and had limited natural light. I didn’t sleep well, although the bed and bedding was fine - not sure why. The staff were excellent, especially the blond receptionist with a great musical playlist!

The room was great. Well stocked mini-bar and clean. Reception staff very helpful. I stayed for 5 nights. I was disappointed at two things: 1 - Servicing the room during my stay. It was serviced just once (after I requested from reception) and it was limited to removing the pool towels and pulled the linen over the bed - didn't place pillows, tuck in sheets etc. Left wet towels on the floor - no fresh towels. 2. - I made enquiries to extend by one night (a Sunday night). The quoted cost ($230) was more than any night I had booked as part of the 5 night stay despite the booking as "stay longer, spend less" promotion. I ended up booking elsewhere and moving for the additional night

Happy with our stay. Having access to a washing machine & dryer was an added bonus. Staff were approachable & very helpful. The views of the ocean were amazing.
