I stay at this hotel at the time. They have always been very very friendly and accomodating all the time until this time. During check in process, instead of focusing on one guest, the young lady was attending other things between regardless of having 3 people behind the check in desk. I was very dissatisfied. The guy who is the regular there was not working and he really provided a great service. Despite being a regular for about 7 months, this was by far a poor service.

Lovely location, Room was nice and well presented, but no milk in the fridge and no moisturiser in the container in the bathroom. From our stay last year, think it has slipped a little on the service and presentation. The breakfast was excellent, and service up there was just as good.
