Hated everything about the place. Overrated.

While I was working during your stay and our team did everything we could at the time to assist, it’s clear we fell short of your expectations, and our own. Not good won't be back

The connected door in my room was problematic, i barely slept the 2nd night due to a snorer in the next room. Next time i do not want a connected room. Also, very difficult to fill the kettle from the bathroom sink, maybe make the kettles a bit smaller, bed was super comfy. Glad it was not school holidays tho, as that bottom layer maybe noisy in the evening.
