Location and view are great. Staff are great. Breakfast was great. But building is old and due for upgrading. Room carpet is old. Toilet sink is too small. We were forced to change room after WC clogged and sewage water overflew.

Room had bugs all over the curtain, a constant leak from the toilet, no key scanner on the front door and no complimentary water. As an Accor member, I expected better.

The only drawback is that we didn’t find a lift. If it was a longer stay and if we had quite a fee stuff to carry in the upstairs rooms it would have been an ordeal. Also, the hotel is lacking a bit on the cleanliness side.
