Our Basalt Restaurant & Bar is open for dinner 5 nights per week, Tuesday to Saturday from 5.30pm, with last orders by 8.30pm The seasonally changing menu includes the finest local produce from the South West and our attentive service is second to none.

Had a very enjoyable stay - close to the main city centre. Bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Have stayed a few times and will keep going back. It is also located just across from the beautiful Bunbury beach.

Check in was speedy and efficient by the trainee receptionist Great room very comfortable and clean There was a oversight by the lady in the bar who charged us for our free drinks However it was quickly rectified by a phone to the hotel on return. Hope to return again though

Think twice about going again. It seems when we go back everytime gets a little worse.

Dear Corey, I must admit it is a little upsetting to read your comments without mention of the efforts made by our reception team to improve your stay. After you advised that you were not happy with the room originally booked, our team arranged an upgrade to a room worth approximately double the value of your original booking in order to ensure you were more comfortable. Our staff worked hard to assist, and we were pleased to be able to offer that solution at the time. That said, we do take the issues you raised seriously. The concerns regarding the lawns growing through the decking, the doors not functioning correctly, the spa being unavailable for several days, and the delayed opening of the pool are certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. Your comments about the overall presentation and attention to detail have been shared with the relevant departments so these matters can be reviewed and addressed.
