The room was nice and so was the view. I believe for the price it is very outdated, carpets were clean but sticky. It's 2026 and the TV wasn't even a smart TV.

We stayed for three nights as we had a 50th birthday party to attend nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, the location was excellent and the food was outstanding.

The third bed was not comfortable, and noise from the adjoining room, including snoring, was disruptive and affected sleep quality. Unfortunately, the welcome drink could not be redeemed on the second day as the bar was closed. In addition, the foyer and corridor leading to the room appeared unclean, with visible dirt, spills, and water leakage. We were particularly disappointed with the manner in which our concern regarding the noise issue was handled, as the response from staff was not courteous and did not reflect the level of service expected by a paying guest.

During your stay, the hotel was fully booked, which unfortunately placed additional pressure on our team. While this is not an excuse, it may have affected our ability to assist as effectively and courteously as we always strive to do. We sincerely apologize that the response you received regarding the noise issue did not reflect our usual service standards. We regret the discomfort caused by the third bed and the noise from the adjoining room, as well as the inconvenience of not being able to redeem the welcome drink due to the bar being closed.
