Staff are so friendly. Room was okay. Cleaning could be improved and it was the smallest shower I have seen!

Look for another hotel. We booked this one as a luxury escape, sadly for four nights only to be very disappointed. It was not a luxury escape not should it be part of the Accor group both should have a representative visit and try room 61 pretty sure you will find the hotel location is the only thing the hotel has going for it. Room was poorly cleaned ledges and main bench were not cleaned. Rust spots on shower wall, higher up mould and bathroom floor was barely cleaned, hint to cleaner open and look behind the door add to that we believe there was a Leaking toilet with water accumulating on the floor around the toilet. Website states Daily housekeeping then further down except on Sundays and public holidays how is this daily for a four star hotel and why is it not advised at check in, all I can say is someone paid for the rating because the hotel is tired and old closer to two if lucky.

I booked using my points reward to the equivalent of $67. My points were already deducted but Mantra still charged me the $67. I lost my points and still have to pay. I tried to call them but no response. Disappointed.
