I’ve stayed here many times. However on my last stay. The tent style roof above the pool had come a drift and was flapping loudly in the wind all night long keeping me from getting any sleep whatsoever. When I mentioned it at checkout I was told oh that always happens when the weather get rough. Was given a free mars bar from the mini bar as compensation. Which was an insult.

The staff was very lovely. However, the room smelled disgusting. I didn't say anything as it was a work trip and I am new, but it smelled like a dirty gym sock met a sweaty armpit. I couldn't sleep the first night and because I was by the pool I couldn't get any fresh air into the room. The smell either dissipated or I got used to it but it was not pleasant. I have stayed here before and the room I was in was not gross in anyway nor did it smell and I had access to fresh air. I traveled with my coworker and their room didn't smell either. I was just the unfortunate one.

Had a great stay. Couple of falts water leaked from shower onto floor and toilet water sometimes kept running. Small shower with dangerous ledge in corner sharp (ledge from toilet room 62)

Great location, great views and good service with friendly/helpful staff. Room were ok. Beds were very uncomfortable, could feel the bed springs and had a lot of trouble sleeping. We had a couple of maintenance issues which the staff address with no hesitation or fuss. They moved us into other room so they could attend to the maintenance issues. A little uncomfortable that pets were allowed to stay in the rooms. Breakfast was really good and the service staff were excellent & friendly. Overall we were happy with our stay.

More similar to a motel than a hotel. Front door lock was a bit finicky where we had to put a chair against it just in case it blew open. The lock to the bathroom didn’t work. Paper thin walls, where we could hear conversations from next door. However it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The Mantra Bunbury was the perfect location for a lazy getaway with a friend. I think my room was located in the 'older' section, which felt quite nostalgic and comforting and had direct access to the pool area. The room was spotless; comfortable bed; tea and coffee provided. A short scenic walk into the city area was a joy.
