Beautiful stay. Fabulous location. Wonderful staff. Love the tree canopies and wildlife. Very clean and tidy all round. Compliments to all the staff on maintaining a quality finish. Fun extras are a bonus. The only thing I could suggest rectifying is, the website pictures do not match with your purchase. We purchased a self contained king executive villa that was quite different from the pictures we viewed when we arrived. It was still lovely, spacious and very comfortable. It was great not having people all around us so again compliments to the admin staff booking in clientele and creating space for vacationers. Thank you for a relaxing mini break.

Check in and check out was quick and smooth, location of the room was great, considering we have a kid it was good to be close to the beach and playground

We have been staying here for 16 years..2 or 3 times a year. However this is the last time, on arrival, do you want to check in early, yes please. It was 1330 and as per previous ownership being a Membersonly we were allowed to from 1300 provided it had been cleaned, and new owners according to emails are honouring all bookings made before their takeover. Can’t tell you who the girl was as no name badges on anyone we dealt with. The cleaning girls were lovely, I mentioned to them that things have certainly changed..no welcoming note with bottle of wine..it’s the little things..and no we don’t drink wine, but appreciated the gesture. Although a revamp is desperately required as security door missing opener, broken shutters on ensuite and mould in shower, curtains need new hooks, poor internet, and tv reception hit and miss. As we stay often..domestos fixed the shower, our own internet modem fixed that problem. On checking out..at 0930 the girl was someone we hadn’t seen before and was apologetic to our concerns..again no name badge. I guess we are just disappointed ☹️

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced on arrival, as well as the disappointment around early check in, the absence of the small welcoming touches you were accustomed to, and the maintenance and presentation issues within the villa. We fully understand how much these details matter, particularly to long standing guests such as yourselves. I also regret that we were not made aware of these concerns during your stay, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to address and resolve them promptly for you. Your comments regarding maintenance, amenities, internet, and overall condition have been taken very seriously, and I am sorry that you felt the need to resolve some of these matters yourselves. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. It is disappointing to hear that you left feeling let down, and for that, I offer my sincere apologies. We truly value the trust you have placed in us over the years. On behalf of the entire team, we wish you, your family, and your loved ones a fantastic and prosperous New Year 2026.
