Home was very clean and fresh. Loved how we could walk out the back door and reach the beach in a minute. Pool was warm enough for my 2 month old baby to enjoy her first swim! Short 10min drive to busselton jetty.

I have stayed in the past and did have a better experience in the past. The curtains on the corner window don’t completely close. So anyone can look in and see the bed in the bedroom. No privacy, I didn’t like this at all. There was also left over toothpaste from and electric tooth brush on the bathroom bench, I understand that when you wipe it it looks like you have cleaned it but it then dries like a white power so needed more of a scrub.

Had a great stay at Bayview Geographe Hotel. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and easy stay while away for work. The location is fantastic, right down by the water, with beautiful views—especially at sunrise and sunset. A lovely, relaxing place to come back to after a busy day. Comfortable, convenient and in such a beautiful spot. I’ll definitely be staying again when I’m in the area for work!

As a healthcare worker who frequently travels down south for hospital work, I have stayed at Bayview many times over the years, both on my own and with my family. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. I booked a single room for a solo stay and simply asked whether a microwave could be made available so I could reheat my meals after long shifts. While I understand that the room I booked did not originally include a microwave, I was surprised when the response from reception was that I would need to upgrade my room to access one. A small gesture of assistance for a couple of nights would have been greatly appreciated. I have stayed in many budget motels that provide access to microwaves for guests, so I found this response disappointing, especially as a returning customer. Sadly, this experience has left me feeling undervalued, and I will not be booking here again or recommending the property to my colleagues at the hospital.If you'd like, I can also make it firmer, more diplomatic, or shorter for Google Reviews.

The Superior Room you booked is our basic hotel style room and is not designed with a microwave, kitchenette or dining facilities. These facilities are available from our Superior Villas upwards. Unfortunately, these room types were quite full during your stay, which meant we were unable to offer a complimentary upgrade on this occasion. We are sorry that we could not accommodate your request and that the way the situation was handled left such a negative impression, particularly as a returning guest. We genuinely appreciate your past support and hope you may reconsider staying with us again. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but curtains did not completely cover the window next to the door so anyone walking past could see the bed. Also the hand basin was small combined with a tap spurting water that rebounded out of the bowl all over the user. I did not think this was adequate considering it is a disabled room (which I did not request or require).

We had a pleasant stay that met our expectations. The location is definitely the greatest strength — perfectly situated for easy access to the city centre as well as exploring locations further out. The resort grounds are beautiful and would be especially lovely to enjoy in summer. Our villa was spacious and well laid out, comfortably accommodating a large group, and our requested bedroom configuration was gratefully honoured. Everything was impeccably clean and the service was friendly. The accommodation itself is a little tired and basic, with some dated furniture and décor. The couches and two of the mattresses were also a little uncomfortable. The dual air-conditioning/heating units were quite old and noisy. The bathrooms appear to have had some renovation, although a few details need attention — including missing drain grates and toilets that were difficult to flush. The spa bath also needed the drains flushed, as there was quite a lot of unpleasant gunk that came out into the bath. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent cleanliness, friendly service, plenty of space and, most importantly, a fantastic location. With some updating and maintenance, it could be a really lovely resort.
