The overall experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The check-in was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which immediately set the tone for the stay. The room itself was in very poor condition. The furniture was completely worn out, with visible damage and peeling paint throughout the room. It honestly felt unpleasant to touch anything. We have photos documenting the condition of the room and the furniture if needed. In addition, the entire property feels outdated and poorly maintained, giving the impression that it has not been renovated or properly cared for in quite some time. There was also a strong smell of food coming from the neighboring room for several hours. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and practically unusable, disconnecting every few minutes. Mobile reception did not work either, neither with Vodafone nor with Optus. This was especially frustrating, as we had stayed in Accor hotels for 11 days before with the same devices and had no connectivity issues at all. Considering the price of AUD 340 for a single night, this level of quality and service is unacceptable. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations, and we would not choose or recommend this accommodation again.

Our extended family stayed in 4 villas located in a group. This allowed us to holiday together but have time apart if we wished, which was ideal for us. It was a very happy time, thank you.

We have returned multiple times. It is in a great location but the villas could do with some updates.

Room was not clean, old used soap left in shower, hair left in shower. Curtains don't cover the window properly, cobwebs all throughout windows. Room right on the Highway so not peaceful at all. Overpriced for what you get.
