We had a great family stay. We really enjoyed the family friendly beach. We had a few relaxing rides on the bike track along the beach. The resturant was only a five minute walk, tasty pub/cafe style food. It would have been great to have a cafe onsite, but there was plenty close. The pool was great for the kids. It was never too busy, only ever a few in there. We didnt go fishing but we saw a few people catching plenty of whiting. One guy said hes caught plenty of fish there before. He caught a baby sting ray while we where there. If you where into paddle boarding or sea kiyacking you would have heaps of fun. The sea was flat most days.

We are returned guests at Bayview. We stayed in a 2 bed chalet in 2024 and enjoyed our stay, so we booked again for 2025. Unfortunately, my wife got covid in 2025 and we had to defer our stay. So we booked for 2026 The staff were all friendly, professional and very helpful. Our chalet was in need of TLC, with the paintwork scuffed, stained and old. It was spacious but gloomy, so we needed a light on during the day. The settees were uncomfortable as were the cheap metal chairs at the dining table. The sleeper retaining posts around most of the chalets are rotting and beginning to sag. Our shower only trickled, so we were unable to use it That was fixed by a very nice maintenance man who replaced the shower head and explained that the water pressure had been too low to activate the hot water system. . The WIFI constantly dropped out and the same man installed a dongle, which worked fine. I don't think anyone checked the chalet while we were there, because the tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets that were supplied, weren't replaced when they ran out. The towels weren't replaced either. In general, the resort is extensive, well located and could be lovely, but it's a bit run down and beginning to look sad. The prices are very expensive for what you get.

Nice area to stay, good indoor pool and lots of places to visit and see. The villas are ok we had a good shower, but bed and sofa were not that comfortable to use. We got use to it all and enjoyed our stay as the area has a nice feel.
