It was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and approachable. We had an issue with the microwave that was promptly resolved and we did not have cutlery/crockery for our 5th person which were quickly provided when requested. I would say that getting regular food trucks (bakery vans etc) into the resort would be of benefit with no onsite catering. Additionally, we used to get a complementary note to welcome us back as we’ve been staying at around the same time every year for the past 6 years, it was a nice touch, we didn’t get that this year but understand we came at a much busier week than usual.
