No hot water for 3 days. When we went to the reception where we checked in, nobody was there. This place is genuinely the trenches. I also got an allergy to the bedsheets.

Dear Emile, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am very sorry to learn that you felt your stay was affected by these issues, and I apologise for the inconvenience you experienced. With all due respect, it is very unlikely that you were without hot water for three days without any opportunity to reach a staff member. Our Reception is staffed every day during the posted Reception hours, and outside these hours, our After-Hours team is always available. Any call made to the resort number after hours is automatically redirected to the staff member on duty. During Leavers week, we had eight staff members onsite around the clock, all in high visibility vests, and they are always available to assist with any concerns. The moment we received the call from your parents, the hot water was checked and resolved within minutes. I am also sorry to hear that you felt unwell from the bedsheets. We use standard commercial grade linen that is washed professionally, but I understand sensitivities can occur from time to time, and I apologise for the discomfort. The room was very tiny for the amount we paid and the place was overall very strict

I am sorry to hear that you felt the room was small for the price and that the stay felt very strict. During School Leavers week, the entire resort is fully booked with more than 400 leavers on site, and all accommodation providers in the region follow strict conditions. These terms are agreed and signed by all leavers before their stay. The rules, wristband checks, and entry controls are in place to keep every leaver safe, prevent unauthorised visitors from entering, and reduce the chance of harm or property damage. These measures are encouraged by local authorities and WA Police, and are applied across all leaver accommodation venues. Leavers week is also a peak demand period, which is why prices are higher, though we remain one of the most competitively priced options among similar properties. Thank you again for your comments. I was there for leavers 2025. I enjoyed the facilities including the indoor pool, and very nice rooms. It was also in a very good location close to the beach and close to a bus stop. However compared to the other accomodations I visited it was very strict on leavers, not allowing visitors which others did and not having a visiting area with food and drinks available. It also attempted to completely ban alcohol by searching your car and bags every time you wanted to come in which was a large waste of time. Me and my mates still found it quite easy to sneak it in and only had 1 room check done by security through out our stay. Other accomodations would simply just tell the guests to put there alcohol in cups when they were drinking which would keep them out of trouble.

These measures, including wrist bands, visitor restrictions, and alcohol controls, are set by each venue and supported by local authorities and WA Police to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all leavers, and to prevent unauthorised visitors and any potential harm. I am sorry if these procedures felt inconvenient or stricter compared to other venues you visited. Leavers week is very different from our normal operations, and these controls are in place only for that specific event. While we do not offer food or drink facilities onsite, there are many popular cafes, restaurants, and pubs within a short walk. Thank you again for your comments.
