It was good, except we were in 171b and we could hear through the wall to the room behind us. As parents who came away for the weekend without kids, all we could hear was people talking (and they weren’t being loud) but walls were paper thin. It made it Awkward and not as enjoyable as it could be. Great if we had the whole villa but wouldn’t come back again as just a couple

Room was clean and tidy for a one night stay. Rooms are noisy and no isolation between rooms. Awoke early due to noisy neighbours at 5 am.

Had a lovely few days. Great location and comfortable villa. Just disappointed that we were not aware of the adjoining door to our villa. ( superior villa) We needed a few days relaxation and quiet however our neighbours could be heard very easily. Crying children and loud parents ( which we totally understand) but would have chosen not to stay in that villa had we known about the adjoining door.

Was okay for 1 night. Wouldn’t stay again. Was a joining cabin which was noisy and could hear the guests in the cabin at the back of us talking. If I had of known this I wouldn’t have booked it. Internet didn’t work the entire time we were there. Facilities could be more modern with dints and marks in the wall.

The resort was lovely. Bed and pillows were comfortable The fridge wasn't great, didn't keep things very cold and leaked Would have liked clean towels everyday overall, a lovely place to stay

Happy with location, size of villa, playground for kids and heated pool. The only issue we has was the noise of the possums, which I perfectly understand that they are a part of the wildlife. I can deal with the noise of them to an extent but I believe it was not just on the roof but it was stuck in the cavity of the villa which made a lot of noise for us on the last two nights the first night was fine. I pointed this out at check out and felt the response was very dismissive that it was just the wildlife and nothing can be done about it. I understand the wildlife aspect and I can deal with the noise they create outside on the roof, however I don't think guests expect to have a restless night from a possum stuck in the cavity of the roof. I just wanted to pass it on as feedback. Also I found the bed very uncomfortable personally.
