Paid $499 for one night stay TV didn’t work The sink basin had a slow block There was a bad smell from the bathroom Some lights flicked on during night which woke us up Two beds in room with one bed was so uncomfortable my wife woke up with a bad back No bottle water in room Went to the enclosed pool at 8am to use code to get in to find it locked up. Rang reception to advise the pool had a problem but no sign. Pool opened 30 mins later to finally have a swim before we needed to check out Reported all the above to reception who basically said sorry with no offers or refund for a room we just paid $500 when we didn’t get basis facilities just not good enough I have never encountered such bad accommodation or service in all my stays ever I will never stay here again & advise anyone to stay clear of this place

This is not the experience we want for any of our guests, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. These are matters that should have been in proper order before your arrival. I am also sorry that you found the bed uncomfortable. Regarding the indoor pool, I apologise for the delay in opening it that morning. There was an unexpected maintenance issue, but I understand how frustrating it must have been to wait when you had planned to use the facility. I am especially sorry that your concerns at checkout were not handled with more care and empathy. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I will follow up with the team to ensure this is addressed. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Bayview Geographe Resort is well located and has lovely grounds. Check in was professional and parking was easy. Stayed in a studio which was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed.

Accomodation was more modern than others available although had limited appliances (no oven), ran out of toilet paper and same towels for 5 days (including bathroom mat)

You stayed in one of our Three Bedroom Villas which is fully self contained and does include an oven, dishwasher, full kitchen items, as well as a washing machine and dryer. I am sorry this was not clear during your stay. Our team is also available around the clock to replenish any items you may need, including toilet paper, linen, and fresh towels. A quick call to Reception or a mention to any of our team members would have allowed us to assist you right away. We appreciate your feedback and hope that despite these concerns you were still able to enjoy some parts of your Schoolies break. We look forward to welcoming you back for your next stay.
