Developer knew how to use the space, flyscreen in bedroom was broken, hot water system was hot cold hot cold making it hard to wash a baby. Had to keep the sink running so the temp stayed the same. No oven

I apologise for the broken flyscreen and the hot water temperature changes. I understand how frustrating this would have been, especially when caring for a baby, and I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused. These matters should have been resolved more smoothly. I am also sorry that the lack of an oven was disappointing. The villa you stayed in is semi self contained, with full kitchen facilities only available in our Three Bedroom Villas, and I apologise if this was not clear at the time of booking. Had everything that was required for family for 3 nights. However, there were a couple of electrical wall plugs that did not work. Suggest they get fixed as it leading up to busy part of the year.
