Dear Anne, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience, and most importantly, thank you sincerely for your loyalty over the past 16 years. We are extremely grateful that you have chosen to stay with us so regularly over such a long period of time, and I am deeply sorry that this stay fell well short of what you have come to expect and deserve. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced on arrival, as well as the disappointment around early check in, the absence of the small welcoming touches you were accustomed to, and the maintenance and presentation issues within the villa. We fully understand how much these details matter, particularly to long standing guests such as yourselves. I also regret that we were not made aware of these concerns during your stay, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to address and resolve them promptly for you. Your comments regarding maintenance, amenities, internet, and overall condition have been taken very seriously, and I am sorry that you felt the need to resolve some of these matters yourselves. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. It is disappointing to hear that you left feeling let down, and for that, I offer my sincere apologies.
