Service and facilities were good, rooms were tired however and due for a refresh. Feels like there hasn't been any refresh to the rooms since the 2010's, carpets were stained and bathrooms counters looked very worn.

I booked a deal through Luxury Escapes and, while the overall experience was good, it was disappointing to see that our free meal choice was from a menu which was considerably less than the standard menu. Even then, sone choices incurred a surcharge. Similarly the free drinks option was VERY limited. I found the night lighting around the resort inadequate. There were times that it was difficult to see where I was going. Also, it was impossible to read the room numbers from the footpath at night time. It would be helpful if there were a few more directional signs around the resort.
