We were upgraded but had to wait 1 1/2 for the room. I am 84 so the walk to the carpark was an effort. We would not book again because of the distance between car and room.

We recently had to organise a team event for 31 people at very short notice, and the Pullman team was incredibly helpful and responsive from the start. Everything ran smoothly on the day, and the wait staff were attentive, friendly, and highly professional throughout our event. We felt well looked after. We did encounter a couple of challenges: a few rooms were not ready on time, which made it difficult for some guests as we were on a tight schedule and they needed to get settled quickly. Additionally, the air conditioning in our conference room didn’t seem to be functioning properly. While the team tried to assist by providing large fans, they were unfortunately too loud for the meeting, so we couldn’t use them. Despite these minor issues, we had an amazing time at the Pullman. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and we truly appreciated the effort the team made to support us, especially given the short notice. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire Pullman team!

Ok but not great. There are some things which definitely could be improved; (1) the wifi is not reliable - which is unacceptable in late 2025; (2) while the staff are very friendly, there aren’t many of them; (3) the fridge froze our food; (4) the dishwasher and a toilet weren’t working properly; (even after advising staff); and (5) we had to wait 1.5 hours to be served at dinner. The location is exceptional and the accomodation is clean and comfortable so the resort could be outstanding with a bit more effort.

We always arrive with much anticipation at Bunker Bay. Having been emailed [many times] to book The Other Side of the Moon before we checked in, we did that - only to find we couldn't select a table we wanted and had to sit under a loudspeaker. So, on that first night we booked in to the restaurant for our third night, requesting a window table which was noted. Arriving at the time booked, we were told others had booked all window seats. We were not particularly pleased.
