We stayed at the Pullman for an end of year getaway and we pleasantly suprised. The rooms were comfortable and appealing, the food was irresistible and the service was quite good also! Make sure to include the breakfast option in your stay as it is well worth it I definitely recommend it to those wanting a nice family friendly getaway!

Requested 3 time to have front door handle fixed . nothing ever happened. Front office staff needs lot more training. Very poor guest relations.

Three night stay for mini-holiday after conference. Check-in was slow. In room dinner service on first night took 1.25 hours to be delivered, presumably due to understaffing. Room was not serviced after first night. Very average dinner in restaurant on second night meant we did not book into the restaurant for our third and final night. Upholstery on chairs in restuarant where breakfast is also served all heavily soiled.

The hotel is a little tired, the rooms need some love, the gate entry to the room had exposed nails and all the timber furniture in the room needed updating as the surfaces were peeling.
