1. At the "Moon" restaurant the food was great but we were constantly troubled by flies. Most unexpected at a 5-star resort eatery. 2. Our villa 404 was close to the foot of the steps leading up to the restaurant and outside dining/drinking area. I'm not sure what time the festivities stopped, but we were continually woken up by loud music on one of the nights. Well if "music" consists of heavy, repetitive bass and drum riffs. This was happening one evening when we were in the restaurant also.

We spent 3 nights in a lake view room the rooms are dated but they were clean and comfortable the only issue with our room is the fridge kept freezing everything and we had to defrost it and clean it out. The location was great easy access to Bunker Bay Beach it was beautiful close to Dunsborough and plenty of wineries and breweries. We had daily drink included the only downside they had no Margaret River sparkling only Brown Brothers. Breakfast was really good plenty to choose from, eggs and omelets made to order pastries there was plenty a juicing station and tea and coffee we enjoyed breakfast I recommend sitting inside as the seagulls and crows were annoying getting on the tables. We had dinner Other Side of the Moon could not fault the food or service everything was perfect and first class we had a great night, we booked to get a table. We had a great time relaxing all the staff we interacted with were amazing extremely friendly and accommodating we will definitely be back

We arrived at a very busy time where there was an event 'Paird' and a large wedding. Had to wait a long time to check in and even get a coffee at the bar. The room was ok but 2 coat hangers only. We ordered a cocktail at the pool bar and it was so bad and watery. no room service the next day and phone was not working. All in all it was a disappointing experience for an Accor. I am going back for 4 days tomorrow so I can only hope for a better experience.
