Dear Timothy Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We always aim to accommodate our guests’ arrival times whenever possible. If your room isn’t ready upon arrival, you are always welcome to enjoy the resort facilities, and when we can offer an early check-in, we do our best to accommodate. While we do ask for expected arrival times, this does not always guarantee immediate check-in. We are pleased that your room was able to be made available shortly after your arrival and appreciate your understanding. Regarding the spa, weekends can be particularly busy, and we always recommend pre-booking, as is the case with most spas in the area. We are also planning a refurbishment of the villas in 2026, and your feedback regarding the rooms has been noted.
