Ok but not great. There are some things which definitely could be improved; (1) the wifi is not reliable - which is unacceptable in late 2025; (2) while the staff are very friendly, there aren’t many of them; (3) the fridge froze our food; (4) the dishwasher and a toilet weren’t working properly; (even after advising staff); and (5) we had to wait 1.5 hours to be served at dinner. The location is exceptional and the accomodation is clean and comfortable so the resort could be outstanding with a bit more effort.

The most amazing location, nestled into the south west bush on the most spectacular turquoise ocean and white sandy bay.. everything you need to completely relax and recharge. The rooms are fully equiped, clean, and elegantly designed to settle into the landscape, capturing the bush, the views, the peace and tranquility of this place. This resort is so well built, it has weathered through the ages like a hidden gem, built with local granite, limestone and wood to capture views that take your breath away. The food was excellent, pool and pool bar a delight, staff so friendly and engaging, come here and don't plan to leave.. as you won't want to go anywhere other than a walk to the beach through the stunning bush scape grounds, maybe a round of tennis, massage in the spa, drinks and snacks at the bar, and breakfast that has all you could ask for. Can't wait to come back for our annual trip to a paradise.

Clean and comfortable stay with nice facilities. Unfortunately, requests were missed by staff a few times. Eg we asked for some towels to be sent and we also asked for someone to check on the aircon. All of which nobody dropped by the room to do the necessary. However, service staff Lucia at the restaurant was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly.

Room was comfortable, quiet and clean but many things such as the door latches to the rear door, and the flyscreens were in need of maintenance. TV not a smart TV so can't chromecast. Kitchen in room was good to have but not very extensively equipped for actual cooking. Fine for microwaving. Staff very friendly but whole experience felt chaotic and not cohesive. Lots of new staff perhaps? Restaurant dinner experience and separate drinks experience very disappointing - Food and service was very poor, rosé was served warm. Many incorrect charges on our account that had to be corrected at check-out (eg. a bottle of wine charged instead of a glass) Gym area was inadequate for demand by guests and the gym area in major need of maintenance and repainting. Pool was perfection. Location on bunker bay beach exquisite Complimentary EV charger was a great touch - But one of our booked slots it was unable to be used as blocked by another user and no systems in place to prevent this from happening.
