It was such a shame we only stayed one night. The room was spacious and very comfy bathroom. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel overall, and staffs were very nice and friendly. A bit of disappointment was the breakfast. We arrived around 7:15am, and the receptionist asked us if we booked in advance. It was quite surprising since we've never been to any hotel that requires advanced booking for breakfast. I was only told the breakfast was 7:00~10:30am at the check-in, so I thought we could just come in anytime during the opening hours. If advanced booking was recommended, it should be more clearly advised to the guests at the check-ins. We were still seated, but the receptionist told us we had to finish by 8am, which was only 45mins. Well, for breakfast, it was okay and we managed to finish. But we felt a bit rushed, and it was pretty disappointing. I wish we could spend more relaxing time to enjoy the breakfast. At least the staff who took coffee order from us was very friendly and nice. We appreciated her service.

housekeeping was tardy. threw away the shower cap without replacement. Out of hotel from 7 am n return to room at 3 pm - room was not made up. Breakfast buffet was disappointing with quality of food. was told by reception that we had connecting rooms but waiting for 45 mins before connecting door was unlocked. Pls look into the shower - water splattered all the way to the toilet bowl - wet n messy.
