It was my husband’s birthday weekend and the staff were very attentive. We have stayed here many times over the years.

Overall my sentiment is rally good but this is outweighed by systemic operational and staffing issues. I spoke to the ops manager on check out to give him some balanced but genuine feedback in good faith but felt he missed my point and it was it wouldnt go anywhere. I would love the opportunity to speak to the GM if possible. This was a special reunion trip for my US friends to return to bunker bay after 22 years and although we had so much fun i dont see them returning :(

The rooms are tired and not super clean and the restaurant was honestly a disgrace for a 5 star resort. In fact I am not sure this should be a 5 star resort. The hotel doesn’t even own the villas so they have no real control. But they do own and control the restaurant so there is no excuse for poor and slow service and mediocre food.
