It was great, though the air con was a little nosiy, and the blinds didnt really block out all of the external lights.

Great room, beautiful environment

We had a lovely stay in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, which was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and we really appreciated the assistance with our luggage. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast on our first morning was quite busy, and the team struggled to keep up with the demand, resulting in some shortages of food, plates and cutlery. Hopefully, this was simply due to an unusually busy morning. It was much better the next morning. We would also love to see a wider selection of gluten-free options, as the choices were quite limited. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfortable accommodation, helpful staff and welcoming atmosphere. We would happily stay again.

The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful. From the lady at check in (sorry I forgot your name but you were great), to the housekeeping services, the restaurant staff and Pierre who was accommodating to our room change requests. The amenities are great- pool, beach and tennis court! We will be coming back!

A lovely 3 day break , very relaxing. Rooms and common areas are all clean & maintained well. Staff are very polite & helpful. My only suggestion is there could be a playground for younger children. Dining experience was 8/10.

Check-in was good and staff were friendly, but when we arrived to our room there was an overwhelming chlorine / bleach smell and we had to leave the room and let it air out for an hour or so. We were in the end room of the "lake view" rooms and it was more of a lake glimpse and at the stagnant little corner of the lake. As we were advised by the maintenance person, we had an old TV and therefore the Netflix and screen mirroring functions did not work. Dinner food quality was good, but during dinner and breakfast services it was apparent that there was short staffing issues.

Beautiful resort that is well maintained. The staff take it to the next level with service and are very accommodating. Our only feedback would be for people that need a milk alternative for coffee. It’s not included in your breakfast, you have to pay for it separately. In 2026 most resorts now cater and have this included in breakfast and have those options available in the buffet area. Tennis courts, pool and beach were well maintained. Cocktails were on point and the restaurant for dinner is lovely with a Mediterranean feel. Overall our stay was amazing and we would come back.

We were treated like dogs. We asked for extra 15 mins check out they said no. The first time we were staying in the hotel where the hotel threatened us to call the police over a 15 mins request of late check out instead of applogising to their customer

Our only disappointment was with the dinner meals which were lukewarm on each evening, even after asking the staff to have one meal in particular that had chips reheated, they still came back unpleasant to eat.

Couple getaway

Both the 2 bedroom and Villa with Lake view rooms we had have issues lol. In our first room, the service landline wasn’t working so may have to call through our mobile phone to order in the restaurant. The villa room’s AC both in the living room and in the room are not working. Also thought they could have at least have a play area for kids because I’m pretty sure there are a lot of family staying in this beautiful hotel. Other than that, love the breakfast buffet and the nice staffs in there.

We were staying for my husband’s 50th birthday. We had stayed at the resort before but not for sometime. We loved the location and also the pool and the beautiful setting. The rooms were a great size and layout but looked a little tired compared to our last stay. The buffet breakfast was also not as good as we remembered and it was a shame that there was no proper coffee - the machine coffee was not great. We were disappointed by the restaurant though. We ate there in our first night and the food was really poor quality and very overpriced. It was disappointing as that was my husband’s birthday.

Beautiful property and attentive staff. Unfortunately the night of my husbands birthday we had dinner at the restaurant. A wrong dinner was delivered to my husband and by the time it was remade 20 minutes later i had eaten my meal and he ate on his own. It was disappointing !

Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The shower recess had not been cleaned properly, and there was a significant amount of soap scum on the floor, making it extremely slippery. I nearly fell while using the shower, which was quite concerning and could have resulted in an injury. We were also disappointed with our dining experience. The dining area was very cold, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our meal. There was a fireplace located near our table, but unfortunately, no fire was lit. Having the fireplace on may have made the dining area much more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, we expected a more comfortable and well-maintained experience and were disappointed that these issues affected our stay. So much for a birthday celebration

We stayed at 2 bedroom and one of the bedrooms stinked badly. I reported it twice and every time they said they will someone and nobody showed up. The shampoos and mositurers were empty and asked them to fill them twice... again never happened... the cleaning service took all of my baby's towels and I had to follow it few times and I got no answer or even an apology?! The buffet breakfast was half fresh and half stale. It improved on friday maybe during the week they use left overs more. I wouldn't rank this 5 star resort.
