This is one of my favourite locations to stay. We did a bbq a couple of nights, and enjoyed our time in the beautiful gardens. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. I can’t wait to come back and stay at the manor

A comfortable stay however, room was smaller than expected for the price and bed was queen rather than king. A king would feel more suited to the aspirations of the property. The guest lounge is a thoroughfare through to the breakfast room. The property needs a quality guest lounge to relax in. Breakfast staff was pleasant enough but not very attentive to clearing tables. All dirty dishes left until guest had departed from the table rather than being cleared periodically. Gardens are magnificent, parking good and whole presentation very special

Basildene Manor is a truly unique accommodation option located on the edge of Margaret River. The manor was completed in 1912 and has been lovingly restored. Eating our freshly prepared breakfast in the conservatory that overlooks the expansive gardens was an absolute delight. Glimpses of the tennis court, pool and duck pond complemented the sweeping lawns colourful garden beds and magestic trees. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff who provided us with excellent suggestions for dining and sightseeing options. We would love to visit again.

Lovely location, friendly reception, nice breakfast with good quality food and nice presentation. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom the same. Quiet location at walking distance from Margaret River Recomendable!
