Positive - The overall experience was good, and we enjoyed returning to Novotel after a year. - The child enjoyed the pool area. - The wide spread of options at lunch and dinner was enjoyable. Negative - During check-in, the staff asked whether we had stayed before. When we asked for the Wi-Fi password, we received a stern response: “You are a member, right?” We expected a more polite and welcoming approach. - We spotted a mosquito in one of the dessert items. The issue was rectified after we brought it to the staff’s attention. - We requested pizza for dinner, but it was not provided. Next time for members would expect a room upgrade as well.

Stay was no soo comfortable as the room which they Novotel has provided. The room cost is too high but the room has drainage water was leaking from ceiling and no AC. They have provided another room which was better but washroom door even though it's locked from inside, which can be opened from outside too. Bedding, Food was good.
