Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean but so humid. Fan had been left in there but still so humid. Had an accident and dropped a drink on the bed sheets. One of the housekeeping staff was absolutely lovely and changed the sheets quickly for me. Restaurant was closed which was disappointing. Paid £6 for a coffee and chocolate bar which I felt was ridiculously over priced.

No air con in a very hot room. Very uncomfortable

Noisy room on first night. Staff understanding and changed us to a quiet room. Unfortunately shower control came off wall, and only the rain head could be used. Breakfast area ok. Desk manager ( Henry) was superb.

The hotel was in the ideal location for the event that I was attending. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast good. The only issue was that the bathroom window, which had to be open due to the exceptional heat, moved slightly with the breeze making a tapping noise all night. In any other weather, I could simply have closed the window. I hope someone reads this and can fix that window
