We stayed at SO/ Vienna for three nights. We needed two double beds as we were traveling with our daughter. The room was very spacious and could comfortably fit all three of us.

To start with the positives - great location and fantastic staff service during breakfast - Melina, Nico and Martina were excellent! On the disappointing side, the room quality has gone down. Bed mattress was sagging on both sides; shower had no pressure and water temperature was either very cold or scorching hot. The housekeeping staff is not well trained - almost every day we had to ask for refilling amenities, including fresh towels which they forgot to leave on few instances. Once they left the dirty slippers on the chair (I took a picture and wish there was a way to attach it here). Overall, very disappointing stay and poor value for money.

Fantastic views from the restaurant. Very helpful and polite Staff. Room was clean and well laid out. A bit disappointed in the spa facilities.

Our corner room was wonderful. The views of the city, river and cathedral were amazing and the unique window shade/movable walls were fun. The bed was really comfy. I never did find the towel hangers - other than the towel rack over the bathtub.
