My stay at SO/ Vienna left me with very mixed impressions. The room itself was spacious and functionally designed, and the bed was fairly comfortable, allowing for a decent night’s sleep. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The furniture felt very old and visibly worn. There were noticeable stains on the sofa, and the overall dark color scheme made the room feel heavy and somewhat oppressive rather than stylish. Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and finding black hairs there is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this category. This raises serious concerns about basic hygiene standards. Breakfast was also very underwhelming. The selection was limited, and the à la carte dishes were not tasty. The service was extremely slow — we had to wait a long time for everything. In addition, several tables in the restaurant were not clean, which further diminished the overall experience. In summary, while the hotel has clear potential, the current maintenance standards, service quality, and food standards fall far below expectations for this price range. Considerable improvement is needed.

Well located, but the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and there was an issue with the water draining in the shower.
