I found the attitude of the hostess in the breakfast area, who was wearing dental aligners, quite unpleasant and unacceptable while directing guests to their tables. It was frustrating and negatively affected our experience. On the other hand, the breakfast manager Christina was wonderful and extremely constructive. She made a great effort to resolve the situation and ensure we were satisfied. Likewise, the receptionist, whose name I may not spell correctly, Jaboulle, was an excellent and kind person. I would like to sincerely thank both of them. However, I would strongly suggest that the other staff member adopt a more polite and professional manner, or be assigned to a role that does not involve direct interaction with guests. Unfortunately, I would hesitate to visit again just to avoid encountering her. Small details can unfortunately turn into big issues. Additionally, although we made a reservation and payment for three people through Booking, we were asked to pay an extra 100 euros per night for our daughter at the reception. This is not appropriate and undermines trust. We chose your hotel specifically for 3 guests, so requesting an additional charge upon arrival is not acceptable.This is the first time we have encountered such a situation, and we found it quite strange and disappointing.

Good location, great view from the restaurant and attentive and caring housekeeping staff. Free water was great and housekeeping left extra bottles when my wife said she liked sparkling water. Room interior is entirely white and contributed to showing damaged edges of some of the furnitures. Comfortable bed and great shower water pressure. One negative is that I was about to call Uber for airport and the bellman insisted I take one of the taxis and I agreed to it. What a mistake that was, Uber quote was 28 Euros and the taxi charged 55 and did not run meters. I knew taxi might be a bit more expensive but not double! It necessarily about the hotel amenities but a reflection of the bellman who works for the hotel.

The lady hotel manager displayed disturbing behaviour. Despite speaking to me on the phone at check-out time, she called twice within 15 minutes, and each time she strangely said, "Don't rush, there's no problem."
