Regarding parking, we would like to kindly clarify that we do offer secure valet parking, as well as the option to book guests into a nearby 24-hour public car park. As outlined in our terms and conditions, availability in the public car park cannot be guaranteed, as it is independently operated and not controlled by the hotel. When this facility does reach capacity, our team always does their utmost to assist guests, often by offering complimentary valet parking where possible. Additionally, we have a convenient loading zone located approximately 10 metres from the hotel entrance to assist with easy luggage drop-off and pick-up. We are also sorry to hear that our breakfast offering and vegetarian hot options did not meet your expectations. Your comments have been shared with our Food & Beverage team for careful review, particularly around variety, availability, and replenishment timing, to ensure a more seamless and inclusive experience for all guests. Your feedback regarding room comfort and value is also very much appreciated and has been noted as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the guest experience.
