Poor Room Conditions

The room was very dirty. When we walked in we found a cotton bud on the floor. The AC was barely working. The AC was set on high, but it was still so hot that we had to keep the window open all night. We're in a rush to catch train in the morning, so their breakfast hours worked well with us. We didn't have breakfast included with our room, so we paid extra for breakfast, and the food was terrible. Nothing seemed fresh, even the coffee tasted weird. I am glad we only stayed there one night.

My sister and I stayed here for night. The location was excellent. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was great. But what stood out for sure was the service. We were greeted with friendly smiles and outstanding service. Additionally, Ahmed? at the Concierge desk went above and beyond by going to the train station and purchasing train tickets on our behalf so that we had one less thing to do! I believe it was Mohammed who checked us in and remembered our name each time we went in and out. Outstanding staff. Well done,

Stayed here in January 2023 for 3 nights. Pros: - Opposite to the train station, very convenient for transfers to/from the airport or other cities in Morocco - The WiFi speed was amazing throughout my stay. No issues at all. Cons: - Zero water pressure in the shower - Square pillows makes it very difficult to sleep (that’s the only pillows they had)
