-Very bad communication with travel agency -seems that the reservation system does not work -My credit card was charged, while the reservation was paid by the agency. I had to call the hotel and to ask the agency to check -Rooms needs maintenance -but good staff in the reception

We stayed for days qith our teens and it worked perfectly as just next to the station CasaPort. Beds were confy and bteakfast had plentybof variety!
