Good location despite works at the entrance leading to the reception side. Side entrance leading to shopping street is extremely convenient but closed at night. Would have been perfect if staff could give us a heads up about this upon check in. Spacious room with good air-conditioning and insulation from outside noise.

Communication faulty, breakfast poor with people hunting your plates to get them back to the kitchen, small room with dirty light shades.

My current stay at this hotel is being a nightmare. Upon arrival, the hotel's system was down, and my confirmed reservation couldn't be located. The room I was eventually assigned had only a double bed, leaving my child without a place to sleep. Worse yet, both rooms were unclean, with dirty toilets and overflowing bins. The extra bed provided was in terrible condition, lacking basic bedding. Front desk staff were knocking on doors as they were not able check room availability.

Staying at the hotel was a very pleasant experience! The hotel is situated in a very convenient location on Váci Utca. It’s about a 3-5 minutes walk from Vörösmarty tér M1 Underground station. They serve a good breakfast. The staff were also very helpful! I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Budapest!
