It is wonderful to hear that you enjoyed our central location and the friendly service provided by our team, especially from one of our young talented receptionists, and that the overall comfort and amenities of your room, including its cleanliness, met your expectations. We understand that comfort preferences can vary; we are sorry if the bed felt softer than you preferred, yet pleased that your sister found it comfortable. Regarding the milk in the room, for safety and hygiene reasons we provide milk powder rather than fresh milk, ensuring it can be safely stored for all guests, but I am glad that our security colleague was able to assist when needed. We also regret if the availability of international TV channels may have escaped your attention during your stay, as several options are provided for our guests’ convenience, and had we been made aware of this, our team would have been more than happy to assist to ensure an even more pleasant experience.
