First: I was in an urgent situation to leave one day before schedule and I was asking for the last day payment to refund but at the Reception desk I've found no understanding. Second: the Internet was zero in my room and in order to continue my work I had to get down nest to Reception to continue my work. And this happened every evening (if I had to go over 9:00 pm, I was simply invited out).

Nous déplorons votre réaction négative suite à votre annulation d'une nuitée facturée à 65€ au lieu de 79€. Suite à un choix personnel d'obtenir un vol d'avion avec tarif non modifiable et non remboursable (sur le même principe que votre réservation de chambre), vous avez sacrifié volontairement une nuit d'hôtel à des conditions non annulables. Vous avez avancé votre vol, c'était aussi votre choix qui est compréhensible. Vous connaissez parfaitement les conditions d'annulation de chaque réservation (hotel, avion, concerts, ....) et vous ne pouvez pas vous monter mécontent de vos choix personnels et nous en faire porter la responsabilité. Il faut donc assumer obtenir des prix préférentiels et en assumer les conséquences. Dans l’attente de vous accueillir prochainement, nous vous prions de croire, Monsieur, en l’expression de nos sentiments les meilleurs.

Wanted an hotel near Nantes airport, direction Paris, without paying the premium for on-airport hotels. This fitted the bill perfectly. No passing traffic, a safe place to leave a fully laden car without prying eyes.

Not a nice stay, we had to check out.

Located far away from everything. Really difficult to get taxis. The room was really unclean and we couldn’t even get cleaning products to help with this. We swapped rooms which was kind, but woke up coughing and feeling sick all night due to the dust and smell. Meant to stay for 3 days but checked out after 1 night as couldn’t handle it.
