Took me one hour to check in and I have been standing on the reception. The receptionist kept struggling with their IT and have been opening/closing the browsers. The she had been calling someone for help. But wasted a lot of my time. Secondly, the dinner buffet at @ 125 is way too much when we compare to the food options and quality. I will not use that restaurant again.

We had a amazing stay at the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice. We booked some activities from travel saga desk which was very fabulous. We had a lovely expérience at desert safari. We will definitely come back to this hotel in future.

Construction noises from a few floors up.

I gave the hotel another shot during October and November this year. Good location, good people, but almost every day during my visit (including some weekends) there was a horrible grinding noise from construction work a few floors up. I literally could not hear myself think while this was going on. I cannot understand how a hotel could let this go on and on and on and on.

Generally i am very satisfied but this time there was a smell in the room not pleasant. Despite being Non-smoker room, there was a strong smell to tobacco and even there was an ash tray on the desk inside the room what make me think that the previous guest might have smoked there.
