Nice hotel, but for £170 on a Sunday, I came away feeling disappointed. Rooms need an update, heating system needs upgrading as the rooms were too hot. Having the window open meant you could hear the bar/club next door which was too loud. Bed was comfy, reception/lobby was very nice but did not match the rooms at all. Quick walk to Paddington station and enough to do nearby. Probably won’t stay again until they update rooms

This was not my first stay at the Novotel Paddington. I usually choose this hotel for its extremely convenient location just across the street from my workplace. This visit was only for one night (my stays are typically one or two nights), so it was a bit short to form a full opinion. The room was comfortable, though it could benefit from some refurbishment. The bathroom and toilet area felt somewhat dated and would benefit from modernization. That said, the room was clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay as a single guest. It was a little small, but still suitable for one person. I enjoyed both dinner in the lobby restaurant and breakfast the next morning — the food was tasty and plentiful. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful, available, and very professional.

My room air con was not working and the room was unbearably hot so I had to sleep with the window open whoch was obviousl very noisy..... I complained upon checkout about the situation and didnt even get an acknowledgement or apology. I asked the check out team to make sure someone checkedthe air con so noone has the same experience. I think you need to train your staff more on how to handle an unhappy customer. I stay here quite frequesntly but will now reconsider using the Novotel due to the poor expereince.
