If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughters booked into stay at this hotel age 23 and 17 they were turned away because my daughter is 17! The website clearly states under 18 be accompanied by an adult which she was. This hotel left my daughters stranded with nowhere to stay clearly they don’t think about the safety of customers in a busy city. Disgusting customer service with no empathy towards a difficult situation which the staff put my daughters in.

My son was admitted to hospital as an emergency and I came to stay in Brighton to support him. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful, for example in finding an accessible room, and in working through the changes of stay as the hospital situation evolved. I'd like to particularly mention Ana Ghelbet, Guest Service Manager, who combined kindness with efficiency. Thank you!

Great location easy to walk to everything. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere in the cafe/bar. For a solo traveller the friendly welcome elevates it from being just a hotel in a good location to a great place to stay. Loved the spacious yet minimalist rooms. Easy clean rooms without upholstery that felt clean, safe and secure.
