I missed my train connection at 10:00 PM and felt embarrassed and worried, not knowing what to do or where to go. Being stranded at the Valence TGV station so late at night, I was incredibly relieved to find a hotel just a two-minute walk away. But what stood out the most to me was the reception. The service was exceptionally welcoming and made me feel completely safe and reassured. Truly. I would like to extend a special thank you to that person.

Nice, large family room with a view of the Alps in the background, and a more banal parking lot in the foreground, but nice and quiet in early April. I took this room because it was one of the last ones available on the eve of Easter weekend.

Within a 5 minute walk from Valence TGV station, the hotel offers no-frills but clean, comfortable, spacious rooms for a good night's rest. The only criticism is the cold tile floor, frigid in the winter, when a wooden floor would be much better.
