1- I booked two connected rooms one of them 1612 was having problems at door opening and even master key not working with it and each day the same problem happened then we start entering from 1614 2- the parking is very tricky and if u have big car it’s too hard to move in side it’s too tight like test drive 3- the stairs of the swimming pool is sharp and cut my finger

The good where the Hotel locate as it is near most of the malls like Dana mall, City center mall and Seef mall. With Dana mall just a walk of two minutes that make it a great. About the reception they are great and welcoming. For parking you can find a lot of spots with 6 floors of parking but the with only issue if beginners drivers drive to parking inside Hotel it is tight to make the car through specially if the residence have SUV car. For the room and size is OK for short stay as only one night for me. Some facilities need to fix or change as chiller had issue in cooling. Otherwise you can enjoy the stay and town view in rooms.
