Overall experience was okayish but check-in was disappointing and for this reason I will never stay there again. I wanted a smoking room and hence emailed the hotel in advance with this request. Hotel was aware of the request (i.e. it received the email) but choose to ignore it stating that such a request can only be made telephonically because they are too busy to read emails. This is obviously a blatant lie and hence I questioned the gentleman's lack of intelligence and inability to apply logical reasoning but in the end it made no difference as we were not provided with a smoking room.
