I walked into the hotel and was engulfed with a wonderful warm welcome from Melanie on reception. You have a wonderful asset in this young lady . She made our stay very special even though we only saw her twice in five days (we were out from very early to very late). She was in reception when we arrived and also when we left. If you have a reward scheme for staff she deserves consideration and definitely has our vote .

I've stayed with Accor Hotels especially Ibis-seef many times. Just like always, they've always made my stay comfortable. I was given free upgrade to a suite. I want to mention one person in particular and that is "Mel" in the front office. She really is the kind of person that a Hotel should have as she represent the hotel very professionally and is very hardworking. I've seen her speaking English, Arabic and Tagalog to different clients and that's a wow factor. Highly appreciate her!

The hotel is clean. Rooms are comfortable and the staffs are professional. Adding to that, it’s conveniently located opposite Dana Mall and close to Manama downtown. Uber and taxis are also easy to get at the hotel.
