Brilliant from the moment we arrived, the lady on the ALL desk was wonderful, organised a wheelchair for my wife, was very kind , patient and understanding. The room we were allocated was comfortable, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Veronique in verve restaurant was very attentive and looked after us very well. In fact all staff members were extremely polite, friendly and welcoming

Stayed 1 night. This is our second time here. Lovely hotel and lovely experience. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great. Big food selection. Omelette station. Service was excellent from start to finish.
