Excellent hotel very close to Terminal 5 - great links and easy to get to. As we have stayed there several times before the hotel upgraded us to a larger room. Bar area and restaurant had a good vibe - we would stay again and highly recommend for anyone departing Heathrow terminal 5.

This hotel always delivers a excellent experience when we stay in the London Heathrow Sofitel, we have used this hotels many years over the years, we always book a prestige suite which gives access to to the club lounge which enables us to get afternoon tea from 3pm till 5pm and non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and canapés from 6pm till 8pm, breakfast is also included in this package the next morning, you also get unlimited access to the club lounge from 6am till midnight for tea coffee and soft drinks and would definitely recommend a room with club access as it gives you a lot for your money especially the prestige suite as it can hold up to 4 people.

Chef Umesh was outstanding at the restaurant. He is an asset. Also Umar at reception did everything to make my trip so good. These people must be retained and congratulations passed on to them. A very welcoming Chef Umesh made my visit to the place so memorable.
