There is always a warm welcome for us at Sofitel Heathrow and we have got to know so many of the wonderful and interesting staff over the years, they always remember us so it feels like we are visiting a second home. A special mention to Angela at breakfast this morning who always takes great care to look after us and top us up with incredible coffee and ensure we have a friendly start to the day. Not forgetting amazing Artee in reception who is the best in the whole of the UK.

Lovely comfortable room and excellent breakfast. The restaurant staff especially Aga were warm and friendly, which created a great atmosphere.

the breakfast and dinner was very good and Angela was very nice and helpful in the morning. Only thing I didn't like was that in my room the body wash in the shower was empty and it seemed there was dried snot on the wall. 3306
