Excellent location. Travelling for business and had to overnight in london for an early connection. So convenient and quick with out ever having to leave the airport. Took the Heathrow Express to London for dinner with friends, all right there. When you’re tired, convenience is everything

We were there for just a few hours before getting up at 6:00 am for an early flight to the US. Unfortunately, throughout the night a persistent noise kept us awake so that we hardly slept at all. I reported the incident just before midnight and again when we checked out. I was assured that our complaint would be referred to the manager on duty. I have heard nothing further.

The team at Sofitel (esp. Aartee) were very accommodating and made us very welcome and comfortable during our stay. The hotel was at an excellent location which made our difficult journey so much easier. The highlight was the ability to wheel our luggage with the airport trolley directly from the terminal to the hotel. The porters were also excellent with helping us move our luggage. The room was spacious, had an excellent view of the airports and planes (which made our 2-year-old very excited). The food was wonderful and the staff were all very courteous and helpful. I would definitely be staying here again during my next travel via Heathrow.

The hotel is very convenient, very clean, great staff and very good restaurant. It's the perfect place to stay if you have a quick turn around at Heathrow but too long of a layover to just wait in the airport.
