Everyone has been so friendly, kind and helpful from reception, rooms and waitering staff. Special mention to lovely Angela who brought me my flat white . It seems like everyone loves their job and is proud to be working in this property. Love the bath robes and slippers in the rooms. Food has been good. Made up for our cancelled flight and took the heartache away slightly of missing a day in Cape Town. Thank you Sofitel. We know where to book next time.

Superb Breakfast Experience at Sofitel Heathrow I am currently having breakfast and wanted to send my highest compliments. The Egg Benedict was absolutely perfect—truly one of the best I have ever had! Thanks the chef for that !! In addition, I would like to specifically commend Miss Marilou and the team including the staffs in the kitchen ( I don’t have a chance to get all of their names) for their exceptional service. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making my morning truly delightful. Thank you the entire team for the outstanding food and wonderful service!

Not a 5* hotel, overpriced and lacking key facilities. Better 4* hotels available. Not quiet rooms facing sixt counter.

Easy s TripAdvisor review

Poor quality and not a 5* hotel. What is bad - The room is poorly designed, no sockets (outlets) by either side of the bed, no usb ports by bed, only 1 usb (low ampage) by desk. Light switches by bed didn’t work, window definitely not soundproof. We overlooked the Sixt rental desk and we could hear the lobby music all night. The mini bar is not a mini bar, it’s a small fridge with two bottles of water in it, it is not a bar. The tea/coffee point is pathetic. Two biscuits, Few tea bags, some coffee sachets and 4 mini pots of uht milk. You actually get more beverage facilities in a 3* Travelodge. Oh and the TV has about 25 channels, you actually get more channels on a standard Freeview tv. Ok , the good points are room was clean, iron, desk, swivel chair, bath and separate shower, gowns and slippers. Overall this is at best just a 4* hotel and not worth £165 for room only. Really, really disappointed and actually wished I’d stayed at a Premier Inn for half the price. Not a 5* hotel.
