I have stayed at the Sofitel Gatwick literally 100s of times over the last 25 years. I had dinner with my family at Vivre and the whole meal was made truly special by the world class service of Prabhjit Singh. What a legend. Thank you!

One of the nearest hotels to north terminal - only negative was check in where the member of staff helping me walked away to assist someone with a parking query. Spotted by a manager who was very apologetic, upgraded my room and gave me a voucher for a free drink. Whilst it shouldn’t have happened, the fix was quick and I was happy. I had an early flight so didn’t have breakfast and was too late for dinner.
