Terrible stay with multiple things that went wrong

Awful smell in staircase and bedroom. Smelled very strongly of cigarettes in the bedroom Iron did not work and when this was mentioned to staff no attempt was made to fix or replace it Lift was faulty so either the 3rd floor button didn’t work, or would work but the lift would not stop there Housekeeping was poor - replaced towels (with one that was visibly stained) only Breakfast had been booked however hotel had no record of this Extortionate price per night especially given the price of much better hotels in the area Won’t be staying again

Tired and dirty. No plug sockets bear mirror or kettle . Just a totally uncomfortable and disappointing stay and very expensive for what it was

Enjoyable stay the hotel was in the city centre close to all shops, bars, pubs and restaurants/cafes. 24 hour parking opposite the hotel which is you get at A. discount. The hotel was clean and comfy with helpful friendly staff. Reasonable price, would stay again.

We were checked in very quickly, room was nice and bright, glad we were at the back as it was very quiet! All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was although the breakfast was very good, twice they ran out if pastrys at least 30 mins before the closing time, when my friend queried this they just said they were finished!
