I'm a Platinum member with Accor Plus and was upgraded to a suite during my stay. Although I had to change rooms three times due to smoking odors and noise issues, the staff were exceptionally helpful and offered wholehearted support to ensure I was comfortable. A special thanks to Miao Gao at the Club Lounge, who provided outstanding service! She greeted us warmly every time, remembered us from our first visit, and tirelessly served us a variety of delicious food with a cheerful smile. Despite the initial hiccups, my stay turned out to be wonderful thanks to the attentive service. Highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: Room was beautiful. Leo at concierge and Andy at Bell desk were super helpful. Grounds were well tended and staff tried to make us very comfortable Cons: No air conditioning. Orange juice offered only on request at breakfast. Breakfast buffet crew took too long to refill empty containers. Concierge level very minimum. No spa for guests Far from tourist areas
