The room was comfortable and the swimming pool was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located while still being quiet and peaceful, around a 6-minute walk from the metro station, with a clear and convenient walking route provided by the hotel. Before my stay, the hotel called to confirm my plans and checked my previous stays and preferences, which I found particularly thoughtful. As an Accor member, I also appreciated the generous recognition and benefits. The restaurants were very familiar with Accor Plus and the Accor Plus China benefits, and the Chinese restaurant offered distinctive and delicious dishes. Breakfast also had a good selection of local specialties, while the Western-style pastries were excellent.

We came mainly to visit the terracotta warriors museum which was a terrific experience. In addition, we found the city to be extremely interesting and beautiful in places. We enjoyed walking around the city wall in particular.

The staffs were great, however there isn't a proper door closer, the door slamps when you closed it, which isn't pleasant. Second, the floor has some squeaking noise in certain area. Third, which is the most important, is the bed isn't that nice, it is a lot worse than the bed in the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour I stayed in, given it is a Sofitel Legend I expected a much better bed. Last is the area aroud the bath tub doesn't seems to have a drainage, and I have no idea how to switch between the shower head and the bath tap. One last thing is the check in area could be more spacious, and it would be great if members could have a separate check in spot.
