Basically, the overall experience is good and I enjoyed the benefit of upgrade the room. However, the check-in experience is terrible. My aunt just stood at the front desk for half an hour until she got serviced despite her multiple requests of checking in.

It is one of the three hotels in that site. Dim signboard lighting made it kind of vague to identify the hotels . Reception service was good though the staffs' English proficiency could still he improved.
