Great stay as always. My preferred hotel when staying in Brisbane. My only downside, you use to the best club sandwich-which I look forward to. Sadly on this trip it was very disappointing. the bread looked and felt like it was out of a loaf from woolies.

Got there early, asked if we could get our room early,couldn'T.,That's ok gave bags to porter, went to reception at 10 to 2,asked if it was ready, couldn'T. get a hold of anyone, the lady said ill get back to you, 10mins past 2,I went up to the reception again,is the room ready, yes it is. We get up there and no bags to be seen,5 star???? 3 people were booked into the room,only 2 night gowns,5 start??? No spare pillows ,5 star??? Next day we shocked the Sheets to make sure nothing was in the sheets,got COVERED in dust, 5 star???? VERY VERY disappointing

Stayed for a couple of nights in Brisbane for work. Hotel was great, beautiful breakfast and classy foyer. Bathroom in my bedroom was perhaps a little dated, though.

The team are always lovely, however I can really tell the difference between our Diamond membership dropping down to our Gold with the amenities and explanation of things in the room, ie water.
