I have hosted a 2 day event and started my interactions months prior to it. The in person visit was amazing, the hotel is incredible atmosphere and views. I was super excited!! Towards the event, communication was confusing as I spoke to 3-4 different event staff, between sick and leaves. The event was great and on floor staff very accommodating to last minute needs. Although my post event reviews flagged catering a down mark, great food/ menu but not enough for a buffet experience, which I am wondering if all information was clear on previous communications between multiple staff during organization. The aircon had a problem towards the end of the event, which impact the experience of guests and it took long enough to fix it. Apart from the event, accommodation also presented some inconveniences listed below.

My husband and I had a great stay celebrating our 38th Wedding Anniversary. We arrived to a complimentary bottle of champagne and fruit basket with a beautiful message written in chocolate with a cheese cake. Beautiful surprise.
