As a Diamond Accor member I was upgraded to a nice corner room but standards were not up to what I would usually expect from Novotel. Poor insulation on the windows meant that there was loud road noise and it was difficult to sleep. Bed was not of great quality but ok. Staff very friendly and breakfast ok

Novotel network needs to analyze the possibility of include rooms that contains beds for all occupants where the number is above two.
