The stay was quite ok, but I requested many times and to many people (booking, check in and check out) to not use the stay for the le club, because I was already checked in on another Accor (Novotel Itajaí), but it was useless. They registered and caused me a lot of problems to get my points in the Novotel (30 days stay), had to split in two stays and I didn't get as much points as I expected.

the room was recently reformed, wich is nice, but the hotel is still on reconstruction and the dust and noise is annoying. It could have some place that you can work/stay meanwhile. Other thing: in my room, there was a leak of water from the shower going through the floor, so it started to smell bad. Besides that, I put the "No disturb" sign and one of the guys rang the bell to ask me anything about the minibar, not respecting the sign.

I've been hosted at Mercure in the last week. As I was in a business travel, I had to use WiFi a lot. I was really suprised that in my first night on the room that I had no estable connections. I wasn't able event to send whatsapp messages using the WiFi connection due signal issues. As I spoke with the reception, they told me that that's the normal behaviour of the WiFi and also that cables were not allowed. So, to solve my problem I had to stay at the Company I was working for a few more hours everyday. I'm a regular traveler, so other thing that really disappointed me in Mercure, was the shower. If I tried to turn the water on first and them tried to get into the shower, the water pressure was so high and the shower pointed to front, that the water would escape from the box and wash all the bathroom. In the other hand, the bed was really confortable and the breakfast was fine.

Usually, Mercure is a OK option. However, my last stay was terrible. Worst internet ever, extremely cold room and poor heater. Would never come back.

Your hotel is too noisy. I could listen to everything that other guests were talking and I could listen to everything that was happening in the hall. Also, the bed gave me back pain and the food was too expensive. I really didn't like your services. I'm sorry.

We stayed for two days so that we can race the Floripa Half marathon! Breakfast was served at 4:45 am on the race day and this was fantastic. We just missed a bit of attention to room cleaning. The room hasn’t been cleaned during our stay.

It was nice, only had a problem because values given to me were confusing. Despite asking many times, I received the value of one night as being for two nights. Didn’t insist more because at reception they said I was mistaken, even when I showed the email that proved the value passed on to me was different of what was being charged.
