The TV was not working. I tryed to call front desk, but there was no information in the room of the number to call and I have to go down stars after a long day working. The cables was out of the system because the cleaning rooms used to take it off and not put inn back - information from the front desk. The shampoo in the bathroom was closed, not working. The batthroom was not so clean - people hayr over. So the cleaning team is really no taking care of the rooms - my conclusion. Breakfast was great, room was ok, but overall I was not satisfied.
