Awful. Blood stained duvet which I made the front desk aware of. Less than helpful. I reiterated again in the morning and I got 'oh Im sorry' Luckily was a single duvet in the room. Shower is in the room and toilet in a cupboard. Beds are like ironing boards and don't take too many appliances as the power outlets are minimal. I have attached photos of some of the blood on the duvet. Disgusting

Well located for O2 Academy. Website lists "car park" as one of its features, however, there is limited availability and spaces cannot be reserved. In addition, you can pay for your parking, then if you leave, not have a space on your return! The rooms are really basic and wouldn't compare well with Premier Inn / Travelodge. The rooms were not cheap at £125, plus parking. Staff were very friendly.

We are one of few city centre hotels to have a car park but yes it is limited with spaces, we do list that there are only 50 spaces in the car park on our website but again, I take your points on board and will address them to make this more clear. Our trip to Ibis Budget Birmingham was a great experience - we arrived a little early and were able to park up with no issues - less than half of the car parking spaces were in use at the time. The front desk staff were very helpful and checked us in quickly and without issue. The room itself was clean and a decent size, and the twin beds were comfortable. The hotel is not far from the main city area, and is in a great location when considering the price of the rooms compared to hotels that are slightly closer to the centre.

Short walk from New Street station and city centre, good location. Lift and on site parking present. Slightly expensive for size of room and facilities on offer.
