I have been staying at this hotel for some time now, and I must say it has been an absolute pleasure. The property’s prime location—just a few minutes’ walk from Birmingham New Street Station—makes it wonderfully convenient, especially for guests like myself. The reception team has been nothing short of exceptional. They are consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I step through the door ( literally: can name few members such as Emma, Shane ...the list goes on). I also want to commend the housekeeping staff, whose promptness and meticulous care have truly enhanced my stay. Their attentiveness deserves particular recognition. Overall, this hotel delivers a refined and comfortable experience supported by a team that continually goes above and beyond. It has certainly earned my highest recommendation.

The room was small, but clean. The shower had a bad smell, we didn't know why. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic. The location is very good, close to the city centre and O2 Academy.

Pre checked in, in the morning and arrived 1 minute past 3 as check in was 3! My room had been cancelled and not told me so I had to stay in a standard room as they’re resold my room.. the room was absolutely shocking.. the toilet was smaller than my closet at home! No carpet on the floor so it echoed really bad from neighbouring rooms till early hours and the shower was a glass screen door in the actual room with the bed and it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.. Will likely never stay here again to be honest.
