This is far too expensive for an Ibis. Was given a room right next to the lift, no water in room either. Also, they charge 10% service charge for everything - even a pint at the bar, which is already £7. When I asked why the guy said ‘because it’s better for us’ - he then pointed to the section where I was asked to leave a gratuity as well. Not a chance. This isn’t America. Similarly, tried to get an Appletise from the downstairs bar. £6! Which included 50p service charge. For what? Getting one out the fridge and giving it to me?!

Perfect as always for a short London visit. Tube nearby too. Best breakfast, very tasty sausages. Beds extremely comfortable, pillows right firmness. Lovely smelling hand-wash. Just one suggestion, never enough coffee or tea there on arrival, esp normal teas. More milk welcome!! Staff always smart & friendly. Thank you all 💐

Excellent customer service at restaurant, nice atmosphere, excellent food ( thanks to chef who done a perfect medium well stake) and special thanks to Noura who served us with such a nice presence, kindness and helpfulness,nothing was to much and her smile made our evening enjoyable.
